I mean...you can use booleans and tools like that and model it manually. There's no other tool that does what this tool does because then they wouldn't have needed to add this tool...

Hi since rhino updated to 8 I can't snap the lines and my osnap is on anyone know how to fix this ?

Rhino 8 has a lot of serious bugs. Probably it will take at least more than a half year until it will be stable enough.
I would not recommend buying it right now.
