passei esta ponte em novembro de 2017 e para nao mais esquecer , numa das margens do rio a um ceminterio com centenas de lapidas de soldados aliados .

Bel posto...e ricordi...ci son stato nel 2006...ho visto il ponte...l'ho attraversato a piedi e la sera dormivo in Kanchanaburi in una casetta proprio sul fiume Kwai...circondata da ninfee...bellissimo...stupendo!

I like the song and the movie. By the way that is not the original bridge but that one is located quite close to the original site. I visited the place this spring.
