Thank you, Jimmy, for the tutorial-it’s been incredibly helpful! I have a question regarding your advice on doing research before sending emails. How does this apply when sending high volumes, like 1,000 emails per day? Are you suggesting that this research is done manually, or am I misunderstanding? Could you please clarify what you meant around the 39:00 mark?
Namecheap is offering 3 emails per domain for $2 in total per month. That would save a bunch of money in startup cost over the long run. Is there any reason someone shouldn’t do that vs. Microsoft at $6 per email per month?
i think the theory works well, the challenge is since a company's marketing campaign might not be visible to the public, it can be hard to dissect their marketing funnel. But the concept is good
@@jimmyfung_ thanks for your answer! I have been trying the two models and I have found a good rate of replies when I send a personalized loom analyzing their ads. The handicap is it’s difficult to have volume
Hi, quick question. When doing this for clients, will it not get to a stage quite early on when you run out of companys to reach out to for a certain client? So ideally, you could maybe reach a certain amount of leads for a certain client before you have no more business or people to reach out to?
Hi Jim! Greetings from Argentina. Thank you so much for this video. I have a question because I’m not fully fluent in English. When you purchase the Basic Business Pack, it gives you 25 licenses. Do you need to divide these 25 licenses into sets of 3 per domain, or do I need to purchase more Business Plans? I hope the question is clear. Thanks!
once again thanks jimmy for one more course i had a question if you're still available : for a clients, lets say we scrape 50k leads, after a month or 2 all the 50k leads have been c-emailed already , what after that ? nothing?
Hey Jim! Great video, Question: If my offer is pay-per-performance model, when do I let my clients pay? When I book them a call, when the prospect shows up (even if they didn't buy) or when the client only buys?
Hey Jimmy thanks a lot for your valuable information!! So I had a question like I got free emails from my hostinger account while purchasing the hosting and domain and I got like 100 free emails and subdomains where l could create another 100 mail ids . So should I keep using those or purchase some other as well?
Hey, I booked a demo call with you but it was canceled for no reason. Please clarify if I'm not qualified for the meeting so that I don't have to book another one.
hey apologies, was having some automation issues with the calendar invite. It's now resolved - if you're still interested you can rebook in a call: www.inboxlab.io/masterclass#demoCall
HEY Jimmy, I really want to get into Inbox lab, but you guys are not accepting any more applications. I had booked a call with you previously, but you didn't show up, but I want to get into inbox lab so bad is there any chance. reply if possible.

Hi Jimmy , thanks for this
How do you charge logistics compnaies ?
depends on the type of logistics offer, there are 3pl, distribution companies, etc
amazing video Jimmy - thank you!
what software do you use for actually sending out the cold email campaign? Smartlead? Instantly?
thanks in advance :)
I personally use smartlead for sending
Great video! Question. Do you need to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for each of the accounts?
Yes you do
Anyway we can get this document?

Deliverability is worse. Don’t go namecheap or godaddy MS outlook integration
What do you think about sending a Loom video with an audit of their marketing campaign in the first email?

you can recycle leads, or retarget them with different messaging that way you won't run out of leads

yeah you can divide those 25 licences by 3 if you'd like
once again

50k leads will likely last 3-4 months. You can also recycle leads
Is there a reason you went with Microsoft 365 email vs Google workspace email?
MS is more scalable at volume. Gmail prompts you for 2FA and I only have one phone number
When you have a client do you make a Vsl for their campaign too or do you have them make one or none at all
I script the VSL for clients, but they usually film it themselves
Hey Jim! Great video, Question: If my offer is pay-per-performance model, when do I let my clients pay? When I book them a call, when the prospect shows up (even if they didn't buy) or when the client only buys?
When you book then a call
@@jimmyfung_ What if the prospect didn't show up for that call? Do I still charge them?

I personally would recommend buying domains + email accounts seperately.
Does Cold Email work for B2C or just B2B ? If yes, could you give some example of B2C niches where cold email can work and is legal. Thx
Works for both but works best for B2B since business owners check their emails regularly, and there are a few compliance things to be aware of for B2C
@@jimmyfung_ Thanks for replying.
Jim, is it possible to make 500k cold email a month? Or 17 domain is the max in Porkbun?
Make $500,000? Or setup 500k email accounts?
You can get way more than 17 domains through porkbun
@@jimmyfung_ Is it possible to send 500k cold emails per month, which averages around 16k emails per day?
yeah you can if you have the infrastructure which supports it. I had a client doing 10k/day
Does this work if ur niche is online coaches?
Yes it does
