- I have never imagined myself to be so sad leaving Saudi Arabia, it welcomed me with an open arms, I saw one of the most spectacular natural heritage site, met so sweet and generous people and chefs. 'Inshallah' will be back soon! 🙏🏻

Hello! How do you Proof your Croissants at Home? Because my oven can at least have 30 degresss and ig the perfect Temperature for proofing is 27 degresss.. U have an Idea how i can Proof Them?
Hello, As i mentioned to you I am doing a course of How to make croissant at home, there i will explain these kind of things in more details. So as of now, try to not to exceed 27C in your oven as you will melt your butter before the croissant has a chance to proof. 😉
