It's better to buy own land and build own house. All flats have same sort of problems. All developers are being able to do this type Scam because they get support from government people. Sabhi mile hue hote hai. Ultimately, we general public and middle class people become victims of it.

Actually Sir, emami city is almost completed whereas natural city is under contruction. Emami city is a bit costly. But facility wise emami city is better..
