This and the what song are you listening to are so unapologetically NYC and extremely *wholesome* I’m just a small town kid that’s never been close to there but I love NYC.
This video is crazy. Everyone just going on about their day living their lives trying to get by, and bam. An economic recession like no other gets millions of people out of jobs and causes the deaths of hundreds due to unemployment. It's a cruel world, but I'm glad these types of videos exist. To show the importance of such events.
It’s honestly so sad that people will never be like this again everybody looks different everybody’s changin their genders nobody will even talk like this nowadays it’s always real loud it’s just complicated to explain but it’s sad it won’t ever be the same
You've miscategorized this under sports. The audio is not stereo. I like your editing and allowing the interviewees to answer questions. I especially like the remarks of one black woman who says, "The recession, it's not really affecting me, because I am a sufferer." Thanks for the video, I enjoyed watching it. It's fun to see what a random group of New Yorkers think.
Aside from how passionate that republican is about his politics, I agree with the general statement that “we’re gonna be fine.” I’ve yet to see a situation in which we haven’t been fine. Even in the worst economic crises, we have always pulled through. Even through this crazy pandemic, we are going to be fine. I think the general reaction of “we’re all gonna die! It’s the end of the world!” Is an overreaction 100% of the time haha because it’s never been the end of the world yet. In the last 200,000 years since we have been on this earth, it has not been the end of the world. In the 4.5 billion years that the earth has existed, it has not been the end of the world. I think to assume that our problems are so bad that the entire world is ending and that we will never recover from it is the most narcissistic and pessimistic viewpoint you could possibly have. There have been worst issues than what we face today. We always like to think we’re so important that our issues are the end all be all. We will be fine. And the next generation will have their end of the world moments, and THEY will be fine as well lol the world can only end 1 time. The chances that it’ll happen to you is so astronomically low that it should be considered impossible lol we’ll likely be living on Mars before the world ends or anything crazy like that.
@blasphemator between that and his statement that "if you listen to obama, this country's about to burn," i'm gonna go out on a limb and say that guy's more than likely a hardcore conservative.
@mike7743 the Republican guy had more of a rugged individualism mentality. (Just work HARD for your money and everything will alright.) but still people these days need help just ot get through hard times.
