Fresh off of traveling nationwide for the extension of her successful comedy show "Ladies Night", after popular demand, she is excited to embark on new business ventures including the expansion of her luxury clothing and accessories store Swagg Boutique located in Duluth, the new addition Swaggalicious to the South Florida market and FlagShip for Swagg Boutique inside of MGM Casino in the DMV.
Nene's life is turned upside down as Gregg is faced with a cancer diagnosis, shifting her focus from touring the world to staying by his side as they experience the ups and downs of the disease together. Incredibly resilient, Nene is looking forward to new beginnings and is hopeful for what life will bring.
Yovanna can’t be on the show to support Nene but she can come to the reunion to attack Nene? We see you Bravo. We see you.

This is what I don't get. Why is Nene fighting so hard with Bravo? If she is a "boss" she can go to VH1 and start her own show about her life and business there right? She likes the show, she's done so well for herself from zero to $16m, when there's reasonable conflict she copes and when she's happy she gives her best. Why offer her salary grade to people who despise her? I say she should do whatever comes her way, but carry on with both! LVPump did her restaurants show, a dog rescue centre, animals charity. After leaving Bravo she expanded her restaurants. I'm sure she already gets a few offers. Bless her.

My moms got diagnosed with breast cancer! Three years later Liver cancer! Never smoked, Drank or anything! But when I say CAN’T Nobody tell em there isn’t A GOD! She’s still going strong 78 and is cancer free! PRAISE JESUS!!

The person that I have lost all respect for is Cynthia.
It’s very clear now that Cynthia, Kenya, Kandi conspired with each other behind the scenes last season.
This is even more tragic because Cynthia knew all of the intimate details of what Nene was going through behind the scenes. She knows the weight that Nene was carrying.
To see Cynthia to take what happened last season (where she KNOWS she was wrong) after Nene called her out as an opportunity to push Nene out is kind of messed up.
I’d really wish Cynthia would own her messiness, as opposed to continuously painting Nene as the evil villain who singlehandedly destroyed their relationship.

I remember Kenya walked off at a restaurant and said fuck them including Cynthia generalizing her friendship to coworker cordiality at best... went to the car locked it and drove of while Cynthia was banging on her door! also at the property pretending like she was adamant about helping restore those houses..,Kenya did not want to be their! sad...she wasn’t catty Cynthia then...but the love of staying on the show for that money honey turned her she’s horrible!

While going through treatment, I unfortunately, was my own caregiver. When I say this was the most difficult thing that has happened to me. I felt so bad for you. I swear I love you 💕

Not this season.... it was a disaster. If Nene is trying to get a spinoff about her store she needs to take some notes from Lisa Vanderpump.
I’ve been watching old RHOA episodes from the beginning and it’s sooooo clear that they were jealous of her and it spiraled into a never ending blame Nene for everything train. When NeNe entered, she was the underdog. They all looked down on her except for Cynthia. There’s a bit of colorism/featureism and classism involved as well but that’s another topic. When NeNe grew, her first scene was Sheree hopping to find a reason to dislike Nene because she never really did. She just became her friend again to have a peach...then that same season, Kandi began telling Kim and Sheree and Phaedra everything NeNe ever said and did being a bone carrier. Cynthia was the only one that had her back. Nene grew and became successful but her ego was no bigger than the other ladies in re-watching the franchise. It’s so sad.

I love NeNe so much because I know how it is to be the target of other ppl especially other black woman. I never understood what I did to make ppl be so negative of me. But being 34 and I know NeNe understands this as well, that when you come into your own and comfortable in who you are. people don't realize that when we're going through cancer, we can sometimes be really mean. i am a cancer survivor but top that meanness off with already marital issues and the care giver is being weighed down with alot plus jealous hateful women.

Nene is a strong woman, but a woman can only take so much at a time. That time she was in turmoil. I remember her saying she wanted to contact Gregg because he wasn't calling her while on the trip to the far east, Japan I think. She missed a bus to an outing then joined them much later. And meanwhile, the girls were saying she was being rude and uncooperative. Imagine how hard it was for her to be cheerful and pretend to enjoy the trip... Bless her heart.
sweetgurl75 Shaw It’s not about cancer, it’s about any life threatening illness. I’ve been there as a caregiver for my husband and it was very hard, it can make your marriage or break it. One person asked me how I was doing during his illness, and I broke down. He had mood swings that were off the charts and I had to keep reminding myself he was coping with an illness.

Everytime they talk about cancer I get emotional, it’s taking our loved ones out & you truly don’t know what they are going through and it effects their mental. I watch my grandma on her dying bed and when i hear the word cancer those images always reply through my mind cause it’s truly nothing you can do to help

I saw my fav aunt go through cancer. It still makes me emotional to this day. So Nene and Jen I get it. My aunt was not mean to me when she was going through it but she did to my mom who was one of her caregiver. So Nene I get it! It is very stressful.

I’m sorry for Jennifer’s mom passing a few years ago from Cancer. I’m so glad that Gregg is doing better. My heart goes out to people facing Cancer, I’m going through a health issue and I’m concerned that I might be facing the illness too, I have to get the results...I’m always in excruciating pain. So yeah if I’m experiencing the disease, it takes a lot out of me.

My mother died from cancer I was from hospital to hospital me not understanding she didn’t have health care so this is why they kept passing her off, anyway she suffered to the highest level not being able to afford medication she needed so yes it’s a journey and some 💯🙏.., Kandi and Kenya was in competition for first place Housewife and they felt Nene had that spot
I will always be a Nene fan, it's very clear of what is happening on this show, it use to be very entertaining to watch now it a doggy dog show to many false storylines. It will not last season after season.

Nene you are sooooo much like my mom that’s why you can’t do no wrong in my book. My mom is this strong, carry the world on her back black woman. She rarely shows weakness, but the beauty is since her blood runs through me (granted I’m more vulnerable than she is), I try to let her rant, rave and have her moments because why? She’s a woman??!!! No matter how strong a black woman may appear she’s still 1) human, and 2) a woman. And my mom says slick stuff occasionally, but I always know the root because she’s let me in... So, I think if the girls will give you the same pass that they give Kenya (the neglected child by her mom, and now the neglected wife by her husband) because at the end of the day, what we’ve seen is that Kenya is evil. You’re a lot of thangs but you don’t have that same evil spirit that Kenya has, and they’ll all find out real soon what she’s about, i.e., Kandi and Cynthia. Just stay tuned.

Nene, I sincerely understand your position of being subjected to excessive attacks. Please accept, you will always be a target, because of your longevity/success/presence/ingenuity; your lifestyle is enviable, regardless of net worth. Moreover, the show is no longer entertaining, and many of the cast members should be terminated. First and far most, Eva, who has no loyalty (based on my observation), which was prevalent on The Next Top Model. Although she is stunning, she did not earn the win, which is indicative of and a testament to Eva’s career; yet Yaya DaCosta’s career has excelled with relevance and success. Besides, what is her peach (story)? Kandi, is simply awkward/corny/boring, and there is no cohesion; I like her, but her timing is off and unauthentic (TO ME). Cynthia is also in the same category as Kandi; she doesn’t fit.
Everything that said about the reunion is correct, they love to gang up on you but everybody else gets a pass. People will always come for the Queen. God bless you and your family.
