His rough and rugged appearance back then, sobrang ahead of its time. Hindi forced at hindi pinilit para maging taste ng masa... Then smokey mountain broke up and separated... And we never heard him since. Nalaman na lang namin ng mga fans nya kung ano ang nangyari sa kanya after 20 years... A boy from the province, dinala at nakapunta sa manila because of his talent, nakapunta sa ibat ibang bansa because of his talent, bumalik at umuwi ng probinsya after everything fell, and never heard since then.. Di natin alam kung ano ang totoong nangyari during and between those years pero as a fan, nakakalungkot, at malaking panghihinayang... This ECQ really brought me back to the old days. Yung pelikula, I was watching old filipino action movies. Sa hapon yung mga old PBA games. Tapos yung sa hits channel like karate kid etc. And then pumasok tong Smokey mountain. I am an OFW here in the UK, a frontliner assigned in the covid ward. This reunion gives me so much joy and inspiration. I really want to go home and be with my family but I'm living now with my call of duty as a nurse. However, through this virtual reunion from my favourite group in my youth, it's like I am travelling back in time, back to my simple and stress free life of my childhood. This ECQ really brought me back to the old days. Yung pelikula, I was watching old filipino action movies. Sa hapon yung mga old PBA games. Tapos yung sa hits channel like karate kid etc. And then pumasok tong Smokey mountain. There is so much na nakakamiss of my childhood that this ECQ is bringing back to my memory.No cellphone,no computer. Local channel lang,tape,plaka at yung tv ko sa room hangang channel 8 lang.

I am an OFW here in the UK, a frontliner assigned in the covid ward. This reunion gives me so much joy and inspiration. I really want to go home and be with my family but I'm living now with my call of duty as a nurse. However, through this virtual reunion from my favourite group in my youth, it's like I am travelling back in time, back to my simple and stress free life of my childhood. Thank you so much for this much awaited reunion. I've always dreamed of seeing you guys back together again. Who would have thought it will be realized in this difficult time.
