When visited the izumo taisha museum and had to stop when looking at the skyscraper shrine i then relized the markings at the shrine where the old pillars where. It just made me smile to imagine the shrine. At the back end of the shrine i where the rabbits are i spend everytime i visit the shrine at least 15 minutes just to merge into the spirit of the place. It seems funny but my heart is there when i think of Japan. And earlynin the mornig when nearly nobody is there and you can hear the birds it is just magical. 😊❤ So don't miss izumo taisha and take your time there. Thanks for the video and dedication to show the historic places in Japan love every episode.
Thank you for watching every episode of Deep Japan channel. I was also amazed to see the pillar of the skyscraper. If I could ride the time machine, I woould see the skyscraper of Izumo.
Beautiful! It's actually hard to imagine the sky scraper temple. But it's surely been quite an engineering feet during that time! I wonder what episode 100 has in store? Must be something special!

Wonderful! Oh to imagine the skyscraper shrine! I will be sure to visit this area of Japan one day.
We were very excited to see the news about the huge pillars found in the ground in 2000. I like the design of the ancient shrine.
Great story. Many thanks for bringing it live
