one other thing, for the flat drops i get the purpose but when you land on your stomach your knees should have a close to 90 degree bend in them. It makes it easier to do tricks such as codies and makes it less likely for you to get whiplash
I drilled those things at 3:23 daily on my garden tramp since march for both sides. Fulls, 540s and dubs. This helped a lot and now I got both side duoble fulls on tramp with no bounce, left side scoot dub from knee height and right side cart dubs. So yeah these things help a lot in my opinion.
@@TheUnbeatable I only have a wack dub front on tramp so idk 😅 Usually tramp training gives you the opportunity to focus on tech wit less impact an consequeces if you mess something up. Tramp is good. Train on tramp.
@@beta5425 I would say I think about it like a gainer, THEN twist (it is a fluid motion, but thinking about doing a gainer, then twisting give you the good amount of flipping.) Be careful you might take a bad habit with your jstep on trampoline, it's not a huge deal, my cork are really nice on master scoot but I need to rework my jstep, because I learned it on trampoline without turning my feet 90° :/
I have a question, Do you ever had muscle problems? Because now I am sitting in the park with a lot of pain in the muscle after doing a bad round house kick Also cool video 😎👌
Thanks for inspiring me to get on the trampoline man!

Im working on my doubles will this also improve my doubles

Dominik Balogh oo ok thanks and what about dub front and dub back on tramp did it help you with that or not really

Im struggling really hard to get flip in my corks, would going onto a trampoline help?
Yep :) (well at least it helped me to get my corks, and the first ones that I did on ground was already very solid thanks to trampoline)
Nysek Quick question, do you think about it like a backflip or a gainer arabian twist?

It's probably because you didn't stretch enough🤔
@@danielshapes6576 yeah, i know, i wish i could be more flexble
@@Difkaroch everyone starts at a very low level. Just stretch every day and train your kicks and then it gets better👌🏽
@@danielshapes6576 can do, will do 👍
