Keep the workout motivation coming. After having 3 kids in 6 years I looked at myself last year and said no ma'am. I lost 50 lbs last year, and I've kept it off for the most part. I fell off of working out though, and just started again yesterday. I'm sore, and didnt want to workout, but seeing you was the push I needed. I feel so much better when I consistently workout and maintain a healthy weight. We got this!
