This interview is really impressive, especially for younger generations who are dealing with various diseases and viruses. To be honest, I'm 20, and for the past few weeks, my gut hasn't been feeling right not in terms of bowel movements, but more like my stomach just feels off. I've been feeling depressed, fatigued, craving sweets, dealing with rashes and allergies, and eating a lot of junk food. I just don’t feel good overall. I appreciate this interview because it’s inspiring me to start making positive changes in my life in 2025, beginning with my gut health. I've realized that stress can really build up in your gut.
Just bought the holiday cook book. Great episode ladies keep up the good work. & Kema show us your beautiful smile. You had your army stature posted up. lol. What I enjoy about you ladies podcast is that it’s diverse. Every week I watch it’s a different conversation and it connects to all aspects of life. That is something I can appreciate and enjoy. 🤍
Love yall! I’ve watched every episode and the one thing I would love for yall to tweak is the intro, maybe kesh say it’s me kesh & kema say it’s me kema 🫶🫶🫶
