a couple of things: 1: would have been helpful to describe 'how to maintenance' your roof/shingles. 2: would have been nice to have a slightly better image of (visual comparison) between the 3 tab and the architectural shingles ( have 1 of each on hand to show the design/thickness/ visual difference ).
In Florida all bets are off for an asphalt roof lasting 20 plus years and even if it does your homeowners insurance company will make sure you replace it 😒
