@VpR81 Congratulations! I'd take the E46 M3 over the S4 any day... That I6 is just wonderful. It's throttle response can't be matched by the Audi. But it's probably the S4's comfort that made you switch. Again, both are great cars and you are very lucky to have owned them.
@wwenaveed OK infinities are not "cheap", but they are not close to audi. However, the G27 produces probably the nicest engine noise of any V6 car available.
@VpR81 It depends, BMW's handle much better in the corners, even though audi is getting better. But then again, I don't want a limousine to be sporty, so i'd take the a8 w12 instead.

Can we all agree that Audi and BMW have let's say....different regulations when it comes to car-making? I guess that sportness stands central with a BMW, and Audi has more spread specifications or more neutral might be a better word...Audi makes simple and very elegant cars, when BMW has more extreme looks and sounds. So...now here's my point, Audi is superior in almost every way, and I belive that ''Simplicity is the art of complexity'', and that my perfect car, would be simple and elegant.

My vacuumcleaner (yamaha aerox) makes the same sound xD:P LLL maybe the recording sucks i dunno but mwa LMAO!!! This sound for a V10?? this audi is going straight back to the garage xD

@Absoli yes it is , i think if your in park you cannot rev over 5000rpm in the s8 but if your in neutral you can rev till your hearts content :)

yeah when the S8 is in neutral or park it will not let you rev about 4200 RPM
