I've got nothing but the utmost respect for these backcountry rescuers..... if it weren't for these guys and ladies then alot more people would die or not be found till its too late... I personally enjoy backcountry skiing up here in Canada and have yet to run into any problems where I would need to call on these guys to come help me *knock on wood*
