I don’t think powder needs to be used on cats to stop grease or oil that is naturally secreted. Surely that would negatively impact their skin and isn’t that why cats have a rough tongue to clean themselves. Someone please advise if I’m wrong. They are gorgeous cats.

Egyptian cat breeders increased their numbers mightly both for households and, sadly, kitty mummies for offerings. However, this meant we archaeologists could confirm a much higher than natural number of orange kitties! More happily, they also are on many wall painting and papyri

You are fortunate that this kitten was already acclimated to being handled and carried like a baby (most can't stand that). I noticed you had a piddle pad - very wise! I've never had a cat that stayed dry in the car - always a lovely litterbox smell! Here's a giggle: there are 2 orange boy cats in our neighborhood. One is named Bob, so we call the other one Not Bob.

My mother rescued one of these breeds about 9 years ago being unaware that he wasn't your normal kitten and would grow up to be almost as big as a mountain cat. However she is in love with him as he is very smart and affectionate. Luckily as he jumps and pounces around the house his feline grace make it that he almost never breaks any of her objects.

It took me over a month to introduce a kitten to my other cat at the time they were a year apart in age and still have disagreements! Recently I've adopted a tortoisesshell cat due to her owner passing away thats been an interesting time.... So 3 cat house hold with 4 outdoor visiting cats! I feel like I'm running a cattery 😂. Artemis is a very cute name but if yr not totally settled on it we had a wee lad just the same champagne colour and we called him Moet after the champagne. He was a gentle soul like yr lad and loved by everyone and very diplomatic in his attentions. Another ginger cat my family had was called Ginger Megs after the cartoon character.
