Another bomb video 👊🏽👊🏽 Thanks bestie. Mimi if I ever averaged such speeds, humility would be past tense 🤦🏽♀️You would pay to interview me after the race 🤣 Pride would be my operative mode #caseclosed 🤣Well done to all the participants and especially the winners 👊🏽👊🏽 But lakini I have a question, what do those in the top 5 eat? 🤔 They are too agile!
🤣🤣 I'm sure if you were training for it as a profession you would be top 5 as well. Na hauringi #caseclosed. And they don't even look like they eat enough for the amount of calories they expend. They wakeup, sleep bikes, train like crazy, use some energy gels before the race and during then stretch lol! As always, thanks for the kind words and for watching 🙏🏽
Thanks Christine. I tried, notice Women are in the video? Nancy (lady's winner) didn't want me to feature her and I respect people's desire not to be featured. I am also mostly shooting alone and don't have a team, there were unfortunately no ladies at all on the whole stretch of road when I went shooting the fast guys. There were only 6 women racing and I didn't find them on the road👍🏾.
Awesome this being my every Saturday route. I did 31.7kph from Gitaru to Mombasa road. So to see guys average above 40kph upwards in both directions is great. I don’t do the reverse as Kibera climb is a hot spot for thugs. Prepping for Kimuka next month. Did Davi participate, how did he do?
I see Kenya in the tour de France as serious competitors come 2025 if we continue on this trajectory .History has shown us that if a black man gets involved in any sport they go on to dominate it . Cycling should be our next target.
Hello moses ive been watchin your videos which are really dope wanted to know how i can join this amaizing team since i,ve been doin this alone @chakanja3@gmail.com
@alvin kaloki you may be asymptomatic but a super spreader. COVID is serious. It may not be with everyone but has no cure and is here. Don't visit your parents too often 🤦🏾♂️.

Hi John. Davy did not participate this time. He Marshalled instead. Nice average speed you have managed there. All the best at Kimuka next month 👊🏾
