Honored to be able to see this at the film festival and glad to see it’s finally out for the public to watch. Honored to be friends with Keng and hopefully get a chance to learn more about pheasant hunting.

My words will never explain my thanks for you and my very close experience to yours. With that sad let me explain. I met my wife 21 years ago. She was dog shy do to being bit. After all of our 5 kids were raised we found a lab. She picked her up at a garage sell. With no motor skills we thought she was young. Her name was Holley and she was gun shy. We spent all summer breaking her of being gun shy. Next was hunting. She took to fetching and flushing that fall. Holley was alot older than we thought and [assed 4 years later. Now we have a lab and a brittany. We use them just the same. Point honor and strike. Thanks for sharing.

This video touched my soul. What a beautiful video about a man and his dogs . Enjoying nature at its absolute finest. I love how he talked to Leroy and Lucy just like they were his kids. Even having a birthday party for Leroy! So special....

Awsome content. Brought tears to my eyes. Dogs have been my life. Loved them trained them and they have been my best friends. Also make my living with there help. It's such a blessing to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle and share the wild places with a buddy or two. God bless and keep doing what you do.

What a terrific story. That brought back so many memories of hunting with Dad as a kid. Thank you for sharing this. I will probably think about this every time I'm out in the field with my dogs now. God Bless You, Leroy, and Lucy.

I've now watched it twice... I'll watch it a few more times. I lost my dad last August and while this is my second hunting season without him by my side, he's still there laughing at me when I make mistakes...

My friend told me he his dad had a heart attack and passed away just a week before their planned hunting trip. I really missed the time I hunted with my dad. He is not around me, but I am hoping he can make it this season. I have done a lot for preparing hunting with my dad. I have scouted lots of good spots, and got some permissions from the farmers. I really hope that he could make it this season.

good vid. , now as old farts we realice how much stupid we were not to be or espend more time with the old guy like your father or mine ,that gave you time , suet, pain etc.. but it's something more often now and more premature in our sons , may be ?? can be that the fuking school and their profesor ( profess bulls ...right and left) and not to be educated by a master like our fathers ........
