Hi Dylan, I'm Sameera. Just moved to London to do my masters in Luxury Brand Management. I'm having 0 luck finding a house/room. I've been trying on all the websites you've listed. Are there any leads you could possibly help me with? I'm super worried :(
What if you are a single occupant, not wanting to share? That’s the challenge. I was hoping this video could help in that case. Much easier to find something decent if you can share the rent.
I didn’t even think to look in East London. I was thinking North London or Watford as I wanted an easy commute in. But with the Elizabeth line there’s so many cheap properties easy access to the centre in East London
I’m hoping to enter into a phd after this last year of undergrad and hopefully I can spend a year or so abroad in Europe (including London ofc) during the research process. So interesting to see cost of living
Ive been watching many videos on renting in London, as Im moving to London for university. Yours is the closest I could find for information. But me and 3 other friends have a budget of around £3250pcm and its been difficult to find properties on the market which we can rent from September, any advice?
DISLIKE 2000£ range for a flat is insane!!!!! On what planet are you living??? If you add the concil tax, bills, and extra costs... On WTF will you be left to live on?? Will you even have enough to save?
Hey man please reply if you have the time, I'm thinking about doing economics and finance like u at Uni or just something economics related. However I don't do maths and economics a level and I really regret not picking economics. I've finished my first year of a levels and I'm starting year 13 soon, I do geography business and psychology and predicted grades are about BBB. Do you think I'd be fine to still study it especially without the maths skills and core knowledge from economics? I'd love to do it as I want to pursue It in the future however let me know if it may not be the right time option or I may struggle. Thanks and love ur vids man been binging them especially the a level/Uni ones

Great!! And alright yes I will do a video about the cost of living in london!
Is London really worth it if you aren't an investment banker or doing something with a six figure salary..
For a year, I’d say definitely. Any longer and it questionable
Good video! Also just wondering what do you use to record? phone?
Some phone but mostly lumix g7
I wish I won a lottery and bought a flat in Kensington.
This is so useful. Thank you!

maths is better for econ but work hard and youll be fine and easily catch up. i think youll be fine!
I am not willing to pay that much for a rent. I reckon, its better to take a mortgage.
Btw, nice video
Yeh ngl it’s very tempting to get a mortgage instead & thanks!
