What if you are a single occupant, not wanting to share? That’s the challenge. I was hoping this video could help in that case. Much easier to find something decent if you can share the rent.
I didn’t even think to look in East London. I was thinking North London or Watford as I wanted an easy commute in. But with the Elizabeth line there’s so many cheap properties easy access to the centre in East London

Ive been watching many videos on renting in London, as Im moving to London for university. Yours is the closest I could find for information. But me and 3 other friends have a budget of around £3250pcm and its been difficult to find properties on the market which we can rent from September, any advice?

Hey man please reply if you have the time, I'm thinking about doing economics and finance like u at Uni or just something economics related. However I don't do maths and economics a level and I really regret not picking economics. I've finished my first year of a levels and I'm starting year 13 soon, I do geography business and psychology and predicted grades are about BBB. Do you think I'd be fine to still study it especially without the maths skills and core knowledge from economics? I'd love to do it as I want to pursue It in the future however let me know if it may not be the right time option or I may struggle. maths is better for econ but work hard and youll be fine and easily catch up. i think youll be fine!
