You need to connect a vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator and also upgrade the fuel pump. Base pressure should be around 45 and it should make 1psi more pressure for each psi of boost. If the pressure is dropping the fuel pump cant keep up and is causing it to run lean. Fix it before you melt pistons!
Yeah or upgrade your fuel pressure reg to a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator if you don't have one already. that will be why on idle it has no drop but under boost it does.
There is a spur there on the FPR that is probably the place to put the pressure reference feed from the plenum. You might need to fit a pitot tube, a pitot tube is more sensitive to changes in pressure than a normal pressure feed. The pitot tube should be upstream of the plenum and throttle butterflies.
A couple of things i can see wrong. First you should probably get a 1:1 rising rate fuel regulator, which as the name states raises the fuel pressure 1 psi for every 1 psi of boost. Second the fuel regulator should be hooked up after the fuel rail not straight off the pump like you have it. With the way it's setup now the regulator is returning too much fuel to the tank before it can get to the injectors, which would explain why it idles well but stumbles under load.

I had that problem with my snowmobile that the motor cut off on full trottle. The problem was that i had wrong type of sparkplug and the sparkplug sendt some singnals that disturbed the electronic that cuse the motor to “shut off“ im not good at motor stuff but maby this culd help.

Battery lol I am going for battery now . I left it on over night grrrrr once u zap battery it's done..i wish I had a fix. I'm planning to instal a timer .. that has to be turned on to start. And times out and put in how long I'm going to ride and timer times out even if forgot key on timer saves battery
if that engine is Fuel injected, you will need a boost referenced fuel regulator after the fuel rail not before the fuel rail and injectors. You may also have to upgrade the stator for more amperage to run that 20amp pump

add a longer header and a race muffler. it will help low end once you re-gear it.... and save your eardrums. i agree with the others, add a pressure regulator and a big fuel pump. if you lean out the motor it's gonna blow up.
just a suggestion - remove your battery and fit a supercapacitor inline with the alternator, you would have to jump start it first time round but weight savings :)
The dead battery can pretty much be the source of all of your problems, including the strange sound of the engine. I don’t have any cross kart but my car used to run like crap until I put a new battery. If you charge it and it dies right after.... But it is strange as the bike used to ride good. But it was some times ago...
Can't wait for the hipster big-plastic-sunglasses-with-mirror-lenses fad to go away. Throw in the flat-bill-hat fad with that. In other news, yeah, the torque at those small tires with that big sprocket under boost would be enough to twist that cart in half.
Not sure if you guys have fixed it yet, but a little tip: You must run a vacuum line to a fuel gauge that increases fuel pressure as boost increases. More boost = more air. However if you are not supplying the extra air with extra fuel you are running a lean mix.

Check the tank. My friend hade the same problem whith his ice car. Is the tank filld whith foam? Is there any smal bits or peaces in the filter?

Check voltage on battery at idle, should be getting about 13.8-14.2 volts
It would help if the boost reference is hooked up and borrow the drift bike fuel pump for testing
