Where do you learn all this ? I really want to get into this kind of martial art but theres like nothing even close to me. So I simply try and stick to videos and guides over the internet. Maybe some books or so will work too.

is that the style you used as knuckles clark
I'm reasonably sure Knuckles used a form of 5 Animals Boxing (and a bit of BJJ in the later episodes). Then again, Fanziquan is a very old style and elements of it can be found in many other styles.
She uses BJJ techniques in the scene where Knuckles fights berserker mode bruiser under the bridge. Also, we know that Tess practices BJJ, so...
EDIT: And I'm pretty sure there are more scenes in which she does. Possibly against the SSS at some point and maybe also on Ryuken, I don't have time to rewatch the whole series right now.
