The heardles required are practically undemocratic. 40 written statements from presidential electors? 131k votes of people who didnt vote in the primaries?
These laws need to be changed. Ridiculous. I’m sure RFK has already filed a motion to get the laws changed for future candidates. He said after Ross Perot slipped by, states changed their laws. Texas is particularly onerous.

I thought the same. Okay on the signatures BUT presidential electors and people who didn't vote in the primaries? But it's so telling that they don't want people voting for who they want but who the parties decide they want.
I was going to sign the petition until I read the fine print, and I had already voted in the primary.

The uniparty will do everything it can to prevent RFK being on the ballot. They’ll slow roll the signature petitions if they are allowed.

If one candidate is required to meet the states requirement to get on the ballot, ALL candidates should be required. These Texas rules for ballot access seem to be meant to hurt democracy, but keeping qualified contenders out. If you are a member of the Democratic or Republican Parties, NO SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED. Who made up the signature rules? The Democrats and Republicans!

@@dao8805 Boy, do we ever need to change things in this county. I recently switched do Independent because of the shenanigans at the DNC. They did not hold or sponsor primary debates. I guess Jamie Harrison and Joe Biden don't like true democracy - so no sponsored debates. Also, the Democratic Committee of Florida didn't allow primary candidates on the ballot. Enough was enough - I opted out! I'm now Independent!

The best way to get clued in and not miss any updates is to go to his official website and sign up to volunteer; it doesn't commit you to anything but it gets you on the email list so you know what is going on.
Also, on his website click on ballot access and there will be a map of the U.S. Click on your state to get the particulars about ballot access there.
Kennedy is the one. He has the answers and the guts to implement them.

Absolutely asinine what this man has to do just to 'allow' we the people to vote for him legitimately. Meanwhile, a man whom was clearly at beginning stage of cognitive decline and hid from debate was stunningly elected, no pre-requisite.
And the one with cognitive decline has denied Secret Service for RFK Jr FIVE TIMES. Yet they claim to be saving democracy.
First state so far? He's got a long way to go before Nov. Possibly sooner than that with how everything works.
Texas is hardly his first state; it's his 12th. Most states have not yet opened their time frames for signature collection. The campaign is way ahead of their benchmarks and they always make sure they have 60% more signatures than the required amount in order to defeat any challenges to the signatures.
