Arab cinema’s recent outpouring of creativity has given rise to an exciting new generation of behind-the camera talent that span the entire spectrum from producers, writers and directors to cinematographers, editors, music composers and production designers. This panel will celebrate the work of a few of these talented individuals, charting their career journeys that have led some to find work on major Hollywood features and TV series. What lessons can be learned from their success stories and what needs to be more of these international-calibre talents to break out of the MENA region?
