    He’s a wealth of info, great ball streaker. When I’m on my game, moving the ball is helpful,fun…Those who started with balata, blades can really relate to this. Thanks…

    Great video. Mark Brooks was a favorite of mine when he was on tour.

    Live these old pro with old gear talking about how they use modern gear. Thanks, Mark for being so generous with time and knowledge....did you say that Lee lives in Dallas? He's never been shy in front of a camera...would he consider....😉

    Awesome guy to have come through the shop!
    Patiently waiting to be able to come in and get a new/used set of clubs and have a fitting for a new to the game again golfer.

    High quality content here. Fascinating knowledge from Mark. How cool would it be to have regular contributions from former tour pros.

    1.5 smash with consistency with that g430 in his hands. my goodness.
    That type of contact on the regular is heavenly.

      Tour-level ball striking is just another level that is honestly tough to comprehend. Fascinating to see!

      It’s the biggest discrepancy between trackman and GC, quad. His FSX smash would be lower. Just different ways of reading

    I love these vids, especially these newer ones with Mark Brooks. But i do have a question about the launch monitor data --- how is he getting a positive attack angle of 2.0 degrees or more hitting it off the mat? That doesn't seem quite possible, while still maintaining such a high smash factor (4:34 shows some of the data that seems odd to me, but of course i admit i'm no launch monitor expert either)

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but @ 7:26 , thats the g430 3 wood (15 deg) , not 3 hybrid (19 deg), no?

    • @2ndswing
      @2ndswing  Год назад +1

      He ended up hitting both -- we made a mistake showing some 3-wood camera shots when discussing the 3-hybrid during testing. Our fault! Thank you for watching

    What shaft did he have in that 5 hybrid. He said it wasn't the stock shaft that comes with the G430

    You keep saying 3-hybrid but you’re showing a 3-wood. So which is he actually hitting?

    This is old school golf; a golfer who is concerned about how far the ball goes and where it goes. Not wanting to hit a wedge 150 yards.
