Vestal was a character ... with her very high beehive hairdo and gowns... it wasn’t just their camp tent revival convention type songs that attracted an audience. I wanted to go see them (and did) just to see Vestals beehive hairdo. And to hear her strong voice. They sang but mostly begged for money all night... that was in December 13 1975 ... Vestals birthday. She was born in 1929 so u do the math.
