Thanks for the video! My wife is working with LifeLight and back and forth from Michigan. I and rest of the family will be moving there next year after my daughter graduates. Been looking at lots of homes.
I'm more familiar with the east side and the far east side where a large number of new homes are getting built. I've seen the far west side and see a contrast in the that part of town with the east side. The west side is flat and very few trees while the east side is hilly and many groves of thickly wooded areas along the creeks and the Big Sioux River. The quality of the properties on the east side look more expensive then on the west side and I believe that's because the landscape is much more attractive on the east side. Currently the east side is showing massive expansion along Veterans Parkway east to Six Mile Road.
