      @@foxzy1469 Ok bro, first of all, i was typing real fast and second, i don't care about my english grade anymore. Next time try end a sentence with a full stop and a semi colon would have been a wayyyyyyyy better utilization of grammar . seems like you need a redo of the language paper "(grammar in comment)".

      @@messithegoat6523 To be precise, a unique facet of lessons learnt is generally compatible with the thematic reconstruction of set of constraints. There can be little doubt that examination of politico-strategical instances requires considerable systems analysis and trade-off studies to arrive at the economico-social globalisation. We can then preeminently play back our understanding of any discrete or inevitable configuration mode. This examination suggests you should shut up.

    Why does stevenson leave England and why does he reject Christianity?

    • @ruthie-yt
      @ruthie-yt Год назад

      Some may argue that Stevenson himself was not religious and due to societal expectations, Stevenson was forced to present Christian views in order to satisfy his reader. Yet, there are evidence that Stevenson loathed the novella that he wrote due to the fact that he did not get this actual point across. Stevenson left England and decided to live in Samoa due to societal expectations. Samoa would have been a geographical area of Hyde, in which they were described as primitive.

    im having trouble deciding what quotations to learn for my january mocks since i know the basic ones but im afraid that if i start to analyse critically and in a more nuanced way then i wont know the appropriate quotations to help support this, especially since there are so many possible ones for each theme?

  • @johnrod5189

    I got your guide to Jekyll and Hyde and I think the videos are better for the themes and Stevenson's purpose since they just explain a lot more its still very good though lots of essays which help. Book does get to the point quicker.

      Everything is the writers technique. Using words like implies suggests emphasises contrasts reveals is just as much a technique as simile Metaphor personification sibilance alliteration et cetera

      does that mean sir that in an actual assessment, if we don't use any conventional subject terminology (like simile, or metaphor) but still talk about what Stevenson is implying with a word, we can still get good grades?
