- On this video you will find information to swap/change your Steering will column swtich on your AUDI A6 A7 S6 S7 C7 4G 2011-2017 STEERING COLUMN SWITCH to retrofit Lane Assist.
Its also required to code your car for the new part, below you can find a link with a great explanation on the procedure and coding using VCDS. I personally used OBDeleven dongle and Android app for the code.

The whole procedure shouldn't take longer than 1hour, of course its much easier if you are not recording.
Please, forgive me if you find it a bit messy, its hard to do it and record alone.

A7 com pacote Advanced não vem com Lane Assist? Vi que tem o ACC que faz parte do pacote.
Vem com Acc, mas não com Active Lane Assist. Pelo menos ate 2014 não vem, não sei se os mais novos apartir de 2015 vem.

Man, I wish I had this bahind me already..... So, the guy done the coding in the car, the lane assist works, just can't turn off.....it's always ON. If I buy this complete switch, since the coding is done, it is "just a plug&play" ? I have a Q5 120kW 2020 model

If the coding was done properly, then Yes, your modules will be prepared to receive the switch and should be plug and play. make sure to buy the switch with the buttom.

A hope its coded OK, because is working, just can't turm off....
@@hunok99 no, you need the switch that goes behind the steering wheel with the lane assist buttom. Thats the only way to turn it on and off. I can't share pictures of it here in the comments. But look at the instructions on the description and make sure to buy the right part mate.

@@AzBachour So I've got this ne column switch with the push button on the end, swapped it replacaced the clock spring module with the original one, then agai back to the one came with it, but all kind of errors popped ip, cruise contr, etc.....
Now I'm back again with the orig part, with still errors (maybe less). I hope the guy (who activated the maps, lane assist, the mirror tilt while in reverse, sign recognition, sart stop deactivation) will be able to get me back on error free car.....

mirror til on reverse is activated, but don't now how to program it
lane assist still alw3ays on the new part for som reason gives me errors or needs to be decoded
start/stop not active only if seat belt is not in use or the AC is running
sign reco is also just halway done, because its not "talking" properly with the maps, sees the sign, change it on the navy, but after the limit restriction doesn't switch back to the actual speed.
So at this point pretty much this hacking deal is a huge disappointment, the only thing works is the maps and I hope won't end up in Audi shop for 95 Euros/ hour

I can try just disassemble the new part, and swap the hi/low beam handle with the lane assist button for the one without the Lane assist switch - if taht is possibel

no meu a6 2013 tem acc mas nao tem lane assiste... tem como so programar sem trocar a seta? faz mal? e o meu nao ta mostrando as placas

Eu não entendi, seu carro não tinha ACC e você ativou o ACC só mudandk a coluna? Me explica melhor, tenho um S6 e queria muito ACC
Não amigo, o carro tinha acc, e tinha dla, mas n tinha o Lane assist, precisava apenas da programação e da alavanca. Se o seu carro for esse da foto do seu perfil, ele n tem os radares necessários pro sistema. Olha minha playlist A7 Saga que tem alguns vídeos que eu explico oque é preciso olhar na hora de comprar o carro pra ter esses sistemas.
