"You need 97% total EHR to hit every buff. the 80% figure includes the 16% that SW gets from traces" (Raineandbow) 2. 97% EHR will make the ult 100% and the skill hit 99.96% but the bugs will be at 88%. This is against bosses with the updated 40% res. (sweetpotatooie) So I just gotta build her better, haha
