I am originally from Trinidad near Venezuela, but living in the United kingdom for 30years. I love seeing other parts of the world. I lived in Saudi Arabia for 2 years and New York for 5 months. I have visited a lot of places and I am learning Chinese. Just came across your videos last month and it's so interesting to learn about Tibet. Don't know if I would ever get to visit considering the altitude. Thank you. Happy New year.

The altitude is not a problem. By the time you get to Sakya etc. you’ll be sufficiently adapted! Perhaps a little uncomfortable at first 😉

I’ve visited Tibet literally a week ago and this Monastery really impressed me so much, the library is unbelievable and they also have Tantric meditation academy. I was so amazed by this place ❤

Again a beautiful video full of information about sakya tradition and its connection with mangolian king changez khan . Everything shown in the video is fantastic and beautiful. But i really liked the gesture you showed to the grandmaa is full of human kindness. You deserved to be blessed with sakya trinzin . I suppose, you mentioned the same lineage that We're blessed to have the opportunities to see in person the great SAKYA TRinZiN RINPOCHE in Dehradun india.

Jamyang la, thank you for showing the ancient city of Sakya and explaining about the city and its monastery. My grandmother's hometown is near this city. Next time, would you mind showing us Tingkye and Zar county which are near Sakya city. They are within the Tsang region. Zar county is where my father is from. All our family and relatives will be so happy to see these two counties. So far, we have not seen any RUclips videos made on these two counties. We salute you and your team for showing and guiding us to the different part of Tibet. 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for the beautiful video! Watching your video halfway, I suddenly realized this is the place I visited decades ago, traveling as a student in Tibet. It has been 25 years since my last visit to Sakaya, and it is great to see it so timelessly beautiful and maintain its unique culture. The dark-gray-colored walls are just exactly like before. The locals who worked in the monastery are just like those I met. I wish I could come back someday and visit its library. Tashi Delek!
