So exciting and so nice to get to hear from Max! It's always good seeing Nate too. Burnt wood doesn't have nitrogen in it though, so it's an incomplete fertilizer but if they can find something to add for the nitrogen component (compost perhaps), then that is as natural as you can get! This is provided you don't soak the wood in diesel fuel or something before burning it, haha. Anyways, it is something to look into. Get black poly containers for storage(black so algea doesnt grow). But the best route would be to dig a 20ft x8x8 hole and add a foot of concrete all around ang make a lid. That will give you at least 15000 gallons of water storage. Add a float valve to stop the well and that way you will always have water. If its slow now in early summer it might dry up by fall so storage will help alot and you want it burried to keep it cold. You can also have your gutters drain into it to save on electricity because between the 2 households and all the wayer for the plants you will need it filling as much as possible remember to turn the pump off when theres rain in the forcast to take advantage of it. Id have the cictern for storage and watering and a separate poly tank inside to store prefiltered water. That way your not waiting on filters or need a crazy setup to have goood preshure. You can just have a 100 gallon tank in the house with a pump or yiu can find a 50 to 100 gallon bladder for pre filtered storage.
What’s the ROI on a 15,000 gallon water storage system compared to the electricity needed to run the pump for 15,000 gallons of water? If you don’t capture the rainwater, it goes right into the ground and recharges the ground water … which is where you’re getting your water from in the first place.
@Matt-yg8ub ya, but his well is very far from the house with a low yeild. so if he is running pipes to keep the rain away from the house anyways... why not just catch it and not have to pump from the well. The return on investment is just having it without having to truck it in. If he has little water in the spring when they get the most water by the end of summer or during a drought, it probably dries up. With how much he needs for the geeenhouse and a huge garden plus 2 families and farm animals some kind of storage is most likely going to be necessary in the future so do it while their doing all the drain tiles and gutter work. Even if they just used it for the farms and animals and have a valve to open it up to the houses when and if the well is dry.
Got to love the fact that they're digging out great dirt!🚚 Does that sound barrier drywall have a specific name. It would be helpful. I live in a raised ranch! I’m just curious about sound insulation, Brad, in between the walls I noticed that you just did fiberglass insulation, why didn’t you go with a spray foam insulation, or something like a rock wool product for sound dampening?
My insulation contractor recommended the batt insulation in the walls, which has created a wonderful sound barrier in the past for us ! To do the spray foam, I would have to have install drywall on one side, leaving the one side open and then the insulation contractor would have to come back for a third time …. I’m sure there is better ways for sound but at some point you have to say the money I’ve spent and what we’re getting in Batt insulation is good enough. 🤠

Equipment operators honk so the stuff is dropped where they want it. They don't have to tell the guy driving a truck for a living not to back off the cliff. He could actually go back another 15th but then the dirt couldn't be pushed where they want it. Tell the guy who just shot the screw into his hand to stop putting his feet in the mechanical areas of the equipment. Plenty of space on the pallet for him to stand while you're maneuvering.

We lifted a lot of heavy stuff with our forklift back in the day, but lifting things with the skid steer and having to contend with leveling it out all the time, looks a lot harder. 😬🎺
Hey there brad just been seeing your work I have an llc company that’ consist of insulation both batts and spray foam also painting Also any type of roofing and we also provide ready mix concrete please let’s get in contact
Honestly, yes… but that’s probably a good thing. Both can be mitigated with mesh networks and signal repeaters, but it’s not a bad thing to block out all of that microwave radiation in general.
Soundboard is only as good as the glue used. Minimal screwing around perimeter and a full stud sound rated glue is the way we do it. Watching these videos makes me miss new construction a little bit. But the service game pays better.
It looks like Nick got lucky in that screw in his hand didn't hit anything vital. Like you said it was far away from his heart so it'll be okay. 😂 By the way does he have a license for those guns ? 🤔😂
You should convince flair yo get his shop zoned as commercial so they can do the jerkey there. They might say no off the bat but if he offered them 3-5% of a tax that the customer pays for it wouldn't cost him anything and they might even build a road to it that they would maintain. They love saying no untill its making them a few hundred thousand a month. They just want their cut in the end. Then he wouldn't have to build a separate place at another location.
I think you’re over, estimating the taxable value of beef jerky. Zoning is difficult because it typically needs to go to the commission and the commission isn’t rezoning individual parcels individually, they generally have to deal with an area at the same time .
With flair as neighbour owning a pool and s pond you dont neef your own pool, saves you some dinero. You can also steal his pond water for your greenhouse 😎
Brad show us how to get a job where u make millions of dollars a year just watching people actually work and bringing donuts. Brad's a million dollar donut delivery guy??
One thing I can tell you about being a general is that you may have a lot of money passing through your hands, but you don’t get to keep much of it lol. Definitely not a “low end” job if you do it right, but honestly more contractors go broke than make it big
@@tanneradams20 very true! These new builders forget that the money that’s running through their company is not all theirs to keep… they are bad money managers!

We all love Eugino❤️. He wants to marry into my family… Hmmm I’m thinking on that one ??

Bless you Brad 👍
@@windycityrosin thank you 💨
I was disappointed didn’t get to see Flairs house completely finished and they have already moved in
I’m going to be doing a full video once they get totally moved in
I love how his son did his best to ignore his dad's bad joke on the aftershave 😂
They stopped listening to me years ago! 🙆♂️
Will having sheet metal in the drywall cause problems with cellphone reception and wifi signal throughout the house?
That’s a good question? I’m not sure🤔
You’re right the glue in secret
yolo.
A flat walk from shop to house, Who is going to Walk? You know Fair has to many toys to walk 🤣 Has Ugeno moved into the house up the driveway yet?
Eugeno wasn’t interested in moving into it so my son NATE is the New renter
That sound board aint for bedroom footsteps 😂
Local Nelson Farm like......🧐🧐
It looks like Nick got lucky in that screw in his hand didn't hit anything vital. Like you said it was far away from his heart so it'll be okay. 😂
By the way does he have a license for those guns ? 🤔😂
Haha! I don’t think he does… not yet💪🏽
Tell your boys to make a RUclips channel about there there farming business
I will 👍
The House would look so much better a different color.
What colour friggin blue
It’s called a berry hydrant
Thanks 👍
You should convince flair yo get his shop zoned as commercial so they can do the jerkey there. They might say no off the bat but if he offered them 3-5% of a tax that the customer pays for it wouldn't cost him anything and they might even build a road to it that they would maintain. They love saying no untill its making them a few hundred thousand a month. They just want their cut in the end. Then he wouldn't have to build a separate place at another location.
That’s a great idea!
I think you’re over, estimating the taxable value of beef jerky.
Zoning is difficult because it typically needs to go to the commission and the commission isn’t rezoning individual parcels individually, they generally have to deal with an area at the same time .
👍
Rip Millie
Cmon brad they're not hangin tomatoes in that greenhouse,I know that "FARM" project is really for mary Juana
Not yet!
With flair as neighbour owning a pool and s pond you dont neef your own pool, saves you some dinero. You can also steal his pond water for your greenhouse 😎
Haha! Now that’s a creative thought 🤔
Never steal a Googan’s pond water :-)
@@Matt-yg8ub or else??
It's called a frost-free
Yes!!! Thanks
11:35 Brad..your moms Husband is your father in law. 😅
No… Step Dad🙆♂️. I have a real hard time saying that.
Are you not building two houses on your lot anymore? Just going to make the house your building your forever home instead?
Right now I am going to live in this home for a couple of years and then hopefully build the main house for my wife and I
If I said I wasn’t jealous….I’d be Lying!
Oh noo please make a aquascape pond / paradise thats way better then a stupid pool
It that a natural/ Nature pool?
What would you charge to shout out a channel? 😏 live a few hours from you love your channel and of course flairs
Are you asking to come visit and be on the show?
This CANNOT Be OSHA Approved!!
Hehe😂
Shhh! 😜
Brad show us how to get a job where u make millions of dollars a year just watching people actually work and bringing donuts. Brad's a million dollar donut delivery guy??
Really? If that’s true someone is keeping all that money because I haven’t seen any of that cash 🙆♂️
@@BradtheBuilder it must sure be nice to be a clueless RUclips commentator who thinks that a general contractor only stands around talking and buying donuts :)
@@Matt-yg8ub is there another way? 🤔
brad. sorry for thinking you and Ugeno were lovers
Haha! No worries… I get that all the time😜
OSHA:👁👄👁
Hope the city doesn't do your boys like they did beefcake jerky.
That would be wrong if they did!
Big difference, Love Flair but he goes too fast sometimes and doesn't use his whole brain. 😂 Not saying he should have built a half million dollar commercial building on commercial zoned property before launch. But umm yeah now he has to do something like that.
Flare karma caught up with him. :-)….. he remodeled that old house without pulling the permits, and flagged himself to the city, and this is their petty revenge
Brad always talking to the contractors like he’s about to miss his flight
I’m on a busy schedule
Do u see all the different jobs he has going on at once? Cut the man some slack. Mr. Brown is one of a kind and he does t have time to sit around and BS with the contractors.
@@txmarine82 thanks Tx❤️👍
You are right! I will socialize after hours but, I don’t have time during the work day… I wish I did.
That’s a really small pool in the thumbnail I really hope that’s not the actual size
They are not putting a super sized pool… it will be a good size one with Hot. tub & fire pits
It’s just a really big house :-)
who is flair ? Ric Flair? i've be recommended these videos so i have no clue
Welcome to Brad the Builder👍
FLAIR is a RUclipsr with 2.7 Million subscribers and I have been building his home
''tomatoes''? or real tomatoes
👍🤠
Idk but that pool looks to small would look better if it was a lil longer
More money, more money!!! 😜
@@BradtheBuilder amazing how these people think you’re building in Beverly Hills :-)
@@Matt-yg8ub well, the flares are kind of like the Beverly hillbillies of Nebraska!
Nothing like video recording your OSHA violations…. Hahahahaha
🙆♂️
Fix the title it was most about ur house
Hey Brad, you clickbaited us to showcase your son’s business the whole episode. I would have watched the whole video on the greenhouse anyway! Don’t go all mainstream RUclipsr on us now, we will watch the episodes either way.
I will make sure Brandon knows! He does all the Thumbnails, RUclips & Instagram posts
Chill out dude…. The greenhouse was just part of this particular episode.
@@Matt-yg8ub Says the guy that complains about footage being shot a few weeks ago… 🤡
Tell eugino Tu es muy Bonita huevos
I will👍. Beautiful eggs?
On flairs the white is ugly, I think a light grey would be better. Just my opinion
The only opinion that matters is Macy
Dont mess with Brad he has redneck and mexican affiliates 😳😳 Great content sir!
Amen 💪🏽
