  • Routerbob demonstrates how to create a custom foam sign using a ShopSabre IS Series 408 Router and Vectric VCarve PRO CAD/CAM Software. We used a masking stencil material to get a two tone color look, as well as 3D Jointery, and 3D engraving and surfacing. The material used on this project is SignFoam, and the bits used are supplied by Vortex Tools.

    I have a lot better results vcarving first when using oramask. No problem with it lifting up off the material and nice clean lines.

      Unfortunately we do not, we buy our materials from a variety of local distributors and don't have much knowledge outside of that. I would ask some local companies for assistance and lead you in the right direction! Thanks for watching.
