When my friend and I were kids, we used to play this game together and talk about how we both wanted to be pilots. Years later, I would listen to this song on the drive to a small airfield for my first XC solo flight and remember. It hit hard then, but somehow you found a way to make it better. Beautifully done.
AC inspires alot children including me. Even me wanted to be a pilot. Sadly I had to let my dream go since I got health issue. Still, hearing someone else could achieved their dream are enough to put a smile on me~

An episodic series would be better to tell an Ace Combat story, or if they really wanted to do a movie, then maybe as a pilot for a series or a feature-length film with an original story that's unrelated to the games.

At that point of the war, I like to think he was no longer fighting for money. At that point, he was fighting for a noble cause. He was trying to save the world from V-2. Even if it was for a brief moment, he was a Mercenary that became a Knight of the skies.

Zero was the first time a video game actually made me feel like a hero, and probably will be the only true time I ever have that feeling. This song has a permanent place in my heart and this remix now has a place right next to it.

I grew up with all of the Ace Combat games. A close friend of my dads has the original Air Combat arcade game. I bought the soundtracks on ITunes. I have been listening to them since middle school. Keiki Kobayashi is a genius! This is an amazing version of "Zero!" As a musician, and a filmmaker myself I applaud you for making this master piece even greater. This theme, this right here. It puts more spice and epicness into the theme, it makes it sound like if there was even bigger stakes at the table. It's the theme of a knight. It's the theme of an ace.
I can't say I'm a huge fan of this remix. You're adding/boosting a lot of instrumentation to build up a depth of sound, but in the process you're not letting the soloist (the guitar) stand out enough, which is I think integral to the way the song works.
Hearing my favorite Ace Combat OST, it brings me tears both sad and Happy really. Sad because i miss playing it and experience Zero, It’s music climax as you dodge and weave barrages of missiles and hearing your Awacs and other chatters. Happy, Because … Pixy makes me see a different side that i once never saw before. I bring this up in every video i can about this song as i didnt appreciate it as a kid. The spanish guitar and music play a "salsa dance" of death against two friends turned enemies. Every build up, vocals, etc emphasize a part in which flow with the gameplay and i came to love it too late

I bring this up in every video i can about this song as i didnt appreciate it as a kid. The spanish guitar and music play a "salsa dance" of death against two friends turned enemies. Every build up, vocals, etc emphasize a part in which flow with the gameplay and i came to love it too late
