She must had B-1/B-2 Visa! When she was entered USA, she must have received I-94(White Card with I-94 stamped) attached to her passport. Under I-94 entry, she was not allowed to work or study or apply for government financial assistance! If she worked, she violated the US Immigration Law. If she did not mentioned in application of 1-30 application(green Card adjustment), she falsified the truth in application. Based upon both working without work visa and falsification, her green card and citizenship must be revoked and she must face order of removal(deportation). She must be arrested by DHS or ICE, released on bail and then see the judge. When the judge finds out, her citizenship will be revoked and a life-time bar entering to US will be entered against her! These are the constant reality, fact, rule and regulation and law!!!! INS(Immigration neutralization Service) has all the records! Nowadays, The INS is called USCIS!
But she's the "good immigrant" in fact a bunch of european models do the same, get a B-1/B-2 from any european country it's super easy! so u can come then work on minor agencies, they will never ask for your status in the country, and if everything goes well u can marry an american guy and get citizenship. But like i said she's one of the "good ones" when they say immigrants they don't east europeans, germans, greeks, italians.

The funniest part? Trump keeps talking about wanting a "merit based" system, where we let in people with special skills who can make great contributions. But he also wants to get rid of chain migration??? That's the whole purpose of chain migration, Donald! What nuclear physicist or concert pianist or whatever is going to want to come to America if the deal is, "Ok - we'll let YOU in, but you can't bring your family!"

Do your research people. Some countries get visas issued for 3 months only, others for 6, etc. The more ''backward'' the US considers your country, the shorter your work visa. I've personally been through having to fly back and stamp it every few months.
