24:45 it’s pretty preposterous to have a city councillor saying you can’t foresee the risks. That’s just absolute nonsense. This isn’t beta technology. It’s been tired and tested. And frankly council has no idea what’s going on based on multiple comments from the mayor and council about not even being able to ask questions.

Edmonton is dying. The city center and LRT has turned into one big homeless encampment. The word from our terrible Mayor is "Yes, crime has increased but I still go downtown you just got to keep your head on a swivel." This is what happens when you give nothing but handouts and have no accountability for people and their actions.

Federally mandated conservative P3’s should be banned based on this project let alone Ottawa’s even bigger P3 LRT debacle.
