yeah I do the same thing its a drag but I have some tips that might help 1.calm down no need to worry, try to get some sleep drink lots of water. 2. make a plan to manage your time effectively , like establish a study routine. 3. take notes and stay in engaged in class . 4. ask for help . well I hope this will help you on your next semester, god bless I hope you have a wonderful day and I pray for you .
