A friend had stroke symptoms and was sent to our local hospital ER. After 2-days, they sent him home saying that there was nothing they could do for him. Someone told his wife to take him to Doctor X, DC immediately. The doctor tested him for EBV, the test was positive and was affecting his brain. He was treated with UV light therapy and after a few sessions, the symptoms began to disappear. After a few months, he was able to drive and return to work. The only lingering problem is some short-term memory loss. BTW, the same hospital misdiagnosed my wife’s sepsis, and sent her home too. Fortunately, we have a good hospital 50-miles away that saved her life.
Tell your friend to eat more fats & meats to get a short term memory back. But drop the sugars & carbohydrates turn to sugars. Fats never allow for any inflammation & is the only food that heal! I had EBV as a child at 5. At 70 I’ve got a short term memory despite decades of no memory!
My God, yes... so true. And perhaps most importantly, you can deliver the information in a way that mightyfew can teach. You're the Richard Feynmann of Medicine.
Yes but not many. I found one for my wife during covid. She cared about her patients. I asked when my wife asked for x medication and I said would you tell her a Epson salt bath works just the same. Her face lit up with surprise. She said yes I recommend that right there. She cared for my wife and I treasure her for that. Always calls just to ask how she is and how she feels. Better then gold and diamonds.
Back in the mid 90's my mom was diagnosed with EBV. At the time she was under a fair amount of stress and always tired. She was advised to rest as much as possible and reduce stress. Another doctor mentioned to my mom to be careful, as this virus can be a contributing factor to some cancers as you've mentioned. Year 2000 my mom was again not feeling well and diagnosed with non Hodgkins lymphoma. She had a small hard unmovable lump under her chin, the first area to be aspirated showing cancer cells. With chemo pill treatment she came through and is 90yrs old. So many of your points need to be taken seriously in a world that has too much stress.
I sure can relate to this. I had a herpes outbreak during a severe case of the "c" virus. Before I had recovered I found my only sibling dead. Now I'm diagnosed with breast cancer. Prayers appreciated.
Isaiah 41:10 - God strengthens you So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Amen :)
I was diagnosed with a severe Epstein Barr infection in my early 20s. My body temperature hasn't had a normal immune response since. Almost 30 years later and I'm now having lots of auto immune disorder symptoms.
Have you read about cordyceps? They might be able to push the virus into the LYTIC state allow for your body to eliminate it over long term use. Suggest a slow ramp up if you think it's interesting and want to try it. Not too too expensive. I suggest getting a few different batches though, because some of the mushrooms I ordered from the same company worked and tasted fine and others tasted like pencil shavings! Did not keep taking those!
Same, literally Life down the toilet for DECADES- I’m so pissed (now having it finally addressed in my late 50s!!) It’s a wonder I’m not in prison or worse- Most Drs DON’T KNOW SH*** it seems 😤🤬
@8:33 YES DR BERG! I'll share my EBV story below: About 7 years ago, I woke up one morning completely and utterly drained. I remember rolling over ans telling my husband that I felt like I was hit by a bus. Then I had the same level of exhaustion the next day, and the day after that. I did some bloodwork for the usual culprits like thyroid, Iron, and B12- all normal. I dragged on like this for a few months. Then, I happened to listen to a professional webinar about EBV and it clicked! Sure enough, I confirmed with labs a few days later. As I was driving home, I chatted with a friend telling her "man, you'll never believe what I figured out today! I've basically had mono for months!" She quickly said "I'm glad you know! Good thing it's Friday and you can rest this weekend. Don't get out of your jammies even once!" And that's when it hit me. I hadn't allowed myself to rest (even on the weekends) in MANY MONTHS. That weekend alone, I had 2-3 work related engagements, which meant I would be out working all weekend long. I vowed then to take stuff off my plate and work on work-life balance. I fiddled with antiviral and immune boosting supplements for a while and they always got me out of a flare. But I started feeling like I was dependant on them, which I didn't like. The real MAGIC came once I switched to adaptogens and nervines- herbs that help with the stress response. Since I made that switch (and continued to work on my stress level and work-life balance) I haven't had a recurrence in about 5 years. I hope my story helps somebody 🥰
My husband died of Burkitt Lymphoma last August. He didn't have AIDS and we had not known a time that he had EBV, but I realize a person may not know that they have had the EBV virus. I can't help but wonder if the more recent virus and even the shot might have had something to do with the sudden activation of this cancer. Now I see they may have worked together. Needless to say, the last six months have been the most stressful of my life by far. I've watched all your videos about stress and stress reduction. Somethings you just have to live through. It's hard, but I'm going to survive. Thank you for all this important information.
Cancer and this kind of lymphoma already existed before the covid vaccine. Stop with the nonsense, please. I've been in a blood cancer section in a hospital in 2019, and one of the patients had a Burkitt Lymphoma.
Dr. Berg, I have a relative with EBV and HPV. She started taking monolaurin pellets and started to feel normal again and no outbreaks. This was 4 years ago. She's on a maintenance dose now. Please do a deep dive on monolaurin pellets when you have the time. Thanks for all you do!
Monolaurin works wonders. Look into Rhodiola, to help the Nervous system deal with stress and strengthen the nerves, Astragulus, and L-Lysine. Also when your tissue Calcium levels fall too low, not good. I use Calcium lactate from Standard Process.
I am 71 and I use the monolaurin daily for EBV. During a flare.. I add Olive leaf 3x day as well. It shortens the span of the illness. I learned about the monolaurin from Dr Berg a few yrs ago. It’s been a great help.
One also needs to learn foods you eat and foods you dont. You want food high in Lysine and low in Arginine, as Arginine replicates the virus. Its all about supporting & strenghtening the immune system. Monolaurin and olive leaf are definately helpful.
I was bedridden 9 months with EBV after losing my husband. I had mono in Jr high. A year after EBV I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I've not felt same since😢
Look into monolaurin... derived from coconut. Dr berg has videos on it. It should help. I'm starting my husband on it today. Great reviews of it. Wishing you well
My antidote for dealing with stress, is prayer. By the time I get done telling God all about my issues of life…I fall off to sleep 💤 Casting all of your cares upon Him because He can handle it way better than we can. It works!
Dr. Berg, you and my friend Dr. Bruce Kemp, who is also a holistic D.C. should open a med-bed center/clinic together! It could be a cure/holistic/adjustment/herbal supplement/life extension type of place that has brought back all of the natural plant based nutraceuticals that the Rockefellers undermined. It could even have spas, saunas, massage therapy, yoga, aerobic classes with Kangen Water and a juice bar on the side.
9:24 Now I understand why the Bible says "Be anxious for nothing... and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
@@moony77 But God was the one who created the damn virus in the first place. Why would he do that? And not to mention the tens of thousands of other wretched diseases out there.
My friend sent me a video a few years ago which had a cancer doctor from India speaking. He said that almost 100% of his cancer patients had several things in common. First was a significant loss in the past couple of years that they couldn’t get over. Second was chronic constipation, so toxins couldn’t leave the body.
Hi Dr. Berg, I just got out of hospital, 7 days on an Ertapenem drip for a Serratia Marcecens lung infection, which had been only days before cultured as Kleibsella Aerogenes, and before that e-Coli. I was hospitalized because I am allergic to almost all antibiotics, and I suffered 2 anaphylactic episodes due to the antibiotic Fosfomycin (new to me) that I was first given orally and the the ER changed the antibiotic to Nitrofurantoin, and I took 5 before going into severe anaphylaxis, ambulance, ER and admitted to hospital. I have no immune system from cancer treatments (thyroid stage II, and breast) and so I understand why I am a “host” for such bacteria. However, it appears my allergies are getting worse, and I’m beginning to feel like “bubble girl”. You touched on something no doctor in my more than 70 years has said - fevers and the immune system. The emergency room doctor who admitted me said ordinarily they would not admit; however, due to the drug sensitivities, IV Ertapenem had to be used (I had it before during a Covid lung infection), and I had to be monitored. I asked why I never have a fever - ever. My body temperature, even feeling like it’s the end, hovers around 97.3F. He told me because I am immunocompromised, my body cannot make a fever to fight off the invaders. For the first time in my life, it all made sense to me. I just thought because I am always hypothyroid, I’m always cold. YOU are the only other doctor who has ever mentioned this, and to me, it seems to be extremely important that MDs not dismiss patients because even though they have all the symptoms of a serious infection, they have no fever. I know, I know, you are a DC, not an MD or DO, but to me and millions of people you are a SMD (SUPER MEDICAL DOCTOR), and I thank you so much for the knowledge you impart to all of us. God bless.
I had mono/EBV twenty years ago when turned forty. I also have hashimoto's & thalassemia trait (low hemoglobin). I am always feeling cold and my body temp is always low. No other doctor explained the longterm issues that may be associated with a past EBV infection. This was an eye opening video!
Wow, love Dr. Berg. I had a kidney transplant when I was 18 (over 20 years ago) and developed CMV, then later EBV. None of this was explained to me. I had temporarily loss the ability to walk and was hospitalized for a while. What he is saying now makes so much sense. Why can’t doctors break things down like this for you. The best way a doctor can help you is to provide you with tools to help yourself.
@@srvntlilly Doctors always blow it off as no big deal, everyone has it don't worry about it..blah I had epstein barr and cytomegalovirus at the same time...then i ended up with some shingles issues...it's all connected
EBV and Lyme with co-infections, darn! This has been a painful 20 years. Doctors seen i’ll equipped to diagnose and adequately treat this. Is EBV what interferes with vitamin D, resulting in osteoporosis?
Wow!! Now all makes sense. I had Eipstein Barr virus. No idea it stays in the body. I was diagnosed with CFS, fibromyalgia, tinnitus, you name it and I was trying to figure out how I got these ailments. And here it is. Thank you Dr. Berg
Anthony William has developed a holistic protocol to eradicate EBV from the body. Research the Medical Medium he is one of very few practitioners that identified the EBV connection to autoimmune disorders & cancers over a decade ago. Thanks for surfacing this information once again!
Yes, I have 2 of Anthony William's books. One of them is Thyroid Healing, as I suffer from hypothyroid. I have used his protocol but I believe my reduction of levothyroxin was to do with fasting for 72 hours and I am on intermittent fasting.
Oh yes, he stated that MS is caused my EBV. I recently purchased his books. Starting my cleanse next week. I’ve also learned so much from Dr. Berg throughout the years.
So this virus basically converts your body over to a cozy hotel that caters to itself. I have Hashimoto’s and I have always wondered if this was the culprit. But I’ve never been told how to keep it at bay. Until now, so thank you, Dr. Berg.❤️
Spunky momma I would like to recommend looking into the medical mediums books. He talks about hashimoto alot and has said for years it's caused by the various stages of EBV making its way through your body. Stage 5 I believe is to do with thyroid and neurological side effects. He goes into what type of foods and supplements you can take to not 'feed' the virus. It's called Thyroid Healing.
Hashimotos…take boron, k2-mk7, magnesium, d3, and oregano oil…I also do a detox every so often to keep the tumors from growing and they’re actually shrinking now…usually do a few days if I’verrmectin or fenben…then a week without…then a few days with and then another week without….I no longer have to take the thyroid pills and can maintain my levels pretty well…when I first started this, I suddenly started losing massive amounts of weight. It threw my thyroid levels into high gear so I had to slowly cut back the dose of thyroid pills to level out and not feel like I’m starving all the time….my thyroid started functioning normally..,I have one large tumor on my thyroid left that’s still shrinking…the other benefits I’ve noticed is my eye sight is getting better and the bone spurs I had in my rotator cuff and on the inner part of my spinal cord that caused massive pain but in operable are gone…
You should read Thyroid Healing from Anthony William. He has the best protocol for getting your health back! I've started it 2 weeks ago and I am already feeling much better! I can do things again like cooking, cleaning and going out... You must take your chance!
Fascinating! I never get a temp I’m very low all the time had CDiff temp 96.7!!! This must be why : so many things make a lot more sense now. Just found out my vit d was super low am now taking your d3k2 capsules now. Thank you for all this great info you make me feel more empowered. I’m 67 last week I literally had to demand my Dr. for the D test she kept blaming my increase fatigue, aches, hair loss on my age and Anastrozole. Yipee I went to your site studied up and hopefully will change things. Thx again.
I had mononucleosis in my early 20s. Ever since then my body has never been the same. And when I hit 37, I started having totally unexplainable, whole body symptoms. Lots of neurological symptoms, eye problems, physical pain, and anxiety. I've had many tests over the course of three years, but nothing shows up. I've always thought it had something to do with EBV, but still no proof.
I have learned in my older age something about stress. It is impossible to prevent stressful events from occurring, but what is vital is how we perceive them and how we respond to them. Stress events will always happen. With all the craziness that is going on now a days there are lots of things to stress about, but I am watching myself not get stressed and not worry. I know what my limits are, what I can control and what I can't. It takes practice. When I was younger I would get so stressed that I would go 'into outer space' and actually took zanex it was so bad. I am grateful that I have learned to not react.
@@EV-Killa I'm almost 70 now and I was not always like that. I used to have a very high anxiety level. I started observing myself react to things that I could not do anything about and began to realize it was futile. Also, I am not afraid of death. A lot of peoples anxiety comes from an unconscious fear of death and dying. I asked God to help me. It takes time. Practice.
EBV is primarily spread through close personal contact, such as kissing or sharing utensils, as well as through exchange of bodily fluids, such as semen or blood. EBV can also be spread through transplantation of infected organs or blood transfusions. Once contracted, the virus can remain dormant in the body for years before reactivating and causing symptoms.
There's basically no way to stop it from infecting people.... I got it just from drinking out of a water faucet years ago that we all shared at the job site working construction
But won't nobody tell the population that this is a bio-weapon created to shorten the life expectancy because out-of-control it creates so many diseases in the human body
You can probably get it from the air, too. My sister got it when we were in high school. She didn't have a boyfriend at the time. Then I caught it from her just from living in the same house.
My husband had a very bad infection in his bladder after getting a bone marrow transplant. The doctor said it was from the EB virus. The treatment for it was 20 times more painful than what the virus was causing. I still have flashbacks thinking about what he went through with that.
Dr Berg, I am so glad you have addressed this! I have had shingles 17 times in the last 9 years and the doctors are scratching their heads! You are a huge blessing. Severe stress has definitely caused the issues.
I’m so sorry you’ve dealt with this so many times! I’ve had it 1 time for sure and probably one other time. Both times was just before and after I gave birth!
L-lysine helps fight viruses . I started taking it to avoid getting covid. It worked with cov, flu, and some colds but only if viral. Iots of people with chronic fever blisters on their lips, use l-lysine. I would take 2 every 2-4 hours, until I started feeling better, then only 2-4 per day.
Gosh so sad that you had to go through all of that 💖🌟 By the way to the person reacting, before and after giving birth is normal because the immune system of your body is then occupied with making sure this new life can thrive. Everything is so very well explained in the Medical Medium books which you can also get for free in the library or of course for free on all social media or his website. It has just been such huge relief for myself as well as for my daughter. We are almost completely back to super healthy and we were so very deep .. Healing is possible and when you understand how and why it is even inevitable I would say 💖💖🌟🌟 Wishing you many many years ahead without any shingles or other viruses troubling your life. Lots of love and light 💖💖🌟🌟
Diagnosed w/Fibromyalgia 3 years ago. I’ve employed some of your suggestions over the past 2.5 years and it has made a HUGE difference. The brain fog and fatigue aren’t completely gone, but I’m working on it! Thank you, Sir. 😊
Yes. Me as well. I began these supplements as well as Monolaurin and Olive Leaf Extract. My EBV went dormant and I feel better. I still intermittently struggle with brain fog and fatigue, but nothing like it was 2 years ago.
@Helen Keto I’m going back and taking a look at Dr. Berg’s other vids hoping I can find more solutions. However, if there is a link that you feel comfortable supplying, I would be happy to accept it! 😂💜
@@christinet6336 Hi pls reply 🙏EBV iGg positive The symptoms have been going on for 5 months with joint weakness pain and noise coming from the joint. How to prevent it
About 5 or 6 years ago I was checked for EBV and my numbers were off the charts. I still have most of the symptoms, severe chronic fatigue, sore throats, extremely achey joint pains, brain fog. But what I never knew was that my inability to develop fevers is related! This is so enlightening. I can get very sick, and if feels like I have the flu, but my body never develops fevers. Normally I feel on the cool side so I usually wear sweatshirts and hoodies and go to bed fully covered in long johns and socks and multiple blankets, even though I live in Hawaii! And I do this year round, even in summer! But I also suffer from a lot of work related stress that affects my cortisol levels to the point that I don't sleep long, or enough, and am chronically constipated as well. I've also developed extremely dry skin and have patches of what looks like eczema on my chest, back, behind my ears and in the corner of my eye and nose. I keep that at bay by applying olive oil to my skin, which it loves and completely absorbs quickly. Since my cortisol is high, exercise isn't good for me. Any time I exert myself physically too much my body goes into overdrive and I have worse problems sleeping and going to the bathroom. So it's a matter of always having to manage it and learn how to live with it. I'm not doing a very good job. I probably need to switch careers (I work as a substitute teacher and working with kids all day is extremely draining). Anyway, thanks to this video I will definitely up my intake of vitamins A and D, and zinc. Hopefully, that will help.
You don’t need to “exercise” in the typical gym type style. But seriously with high cortisol you want to force yourself to go for a walk in nature daily. Start 10 min. Then try to increase to 20 min. minimum. Because studies show walking actually lowers cortisol because the walking utilizes it. It’s hard to convince people. But all that cortisol needs to be used and if you don’t move it just stays. I suggest you go to a quality naturopath, not the whoowhoo kinds, and they will help you wonderfully. I encourage you to get it under control and learn about this because autoimmune, and cancer is the long term results if not.
SOME OF THESE SYMPTOMS COULD ALSO BE FROM HYPOTHYROIDISM. HAVE YOU HAD YOUR THYROID CHECKED. ALSO WHAT IS YOUR DAILY AVERAGE TEMPERATURE? MINE IS VERY LOW AND IT WASN'T ALWAYS THIS LOW. THYROID MEDICINE USUALLY INCREASED IT BUT IT HAS STOPPED INCREASING IT AND I THINK IT'S BECAUSE MY LATENT EBV. I KNOW WHEN MY TEMP AVERAGES 98.6 I FEEL MY BEST.
@@hangtownrangerI’m on hydrocortisone (a steroid ) because my adrenal glands do not function due to damage caused by chemotherapy. Should I be exercising every day? I’m so exhausted I can’t get out of bed, but if exercise will help, I’ll do it
It not only depletes vitamins & minerals, but hormones also. Getting my estradiol up and testosterone up with bioidentical hormones, mine finally went into remission. It depletes everything that has anything to do with keeping the immune system up.
This they said was the root cause and precursor to my Hashimoto's thyroiditis and adrenal insufficiency issues... and it is the main culprit in so many other people's autoimmune diseases so it needs to be talked about and dealt with it's an epidemic on society most people don't even know...
I had EBV infection about fifty years ago as a high school freshman. I now have several autoimmune problems and cancer. Wow! The gift that keeps on giving Thank you sir. Think I'll buy that book and read it.
You didn't mention Lysine, which helps keep other hepes viruses in check. Is that helpful here? I've wondered if people with "long covid" are experiencing reactivation of EB. Or other latent viruses. I've definitely wondered if it occurs after the shot.
I bet your right! My son is 20 and always struggled with germ phobia. He had the evil vi rus early Aug and it turned into comtomation ocd Sept 1 literally overnight. I learned it can enhance issues already there or create new ones. It has been heartbreaking seeing him in so much distress.
@@traciemartin2509 will he agree to taking supplements? If so, I'd do lysine and maybe even things to help the nervous system...magnesium and B's? I don't know...I'd look into those things. But it does sound like it triggered something and it's worth looking into!
Thank you for this, I have been fighting with EBV since my early 20s, I'm now late 50s and it took my physician over 15 years and lord knows how many pints of blood to Finally diagnose me, ill never forget the day when he decided to do 1 last test on a hunch and told me I was the poster child for EBV, he also said it's viral and nothing can be done and sent me on my way, it has been debilitating to say the least, especially as a single father of 2 young boys at the time...it's never left me but does increases and decreases quite often. Usually around stressful situations... you absolutely nailed it here...It's rather difficult to explain to someone that does not have the heavy symptoms of being tired and bones aching daily..you learn to live with it, I did the olive leaf tea for 2 years, not sure if it helped or not, I didn't know about the zink and vitamin A so I will look into that, I have been taking vitamin D since covid hit.. would you have a recommended amount of Zink,A,D Vitamins or just take the daily recommended amount... thank you for all you do on your videos....
First of all I want to thank you. I had to Epstein bar virus in eighth grade and I almost died never was told anything other than it’s gone and the last three years I’ve been out of remission and feeling like death and thanks to your videos and add watching every single one I am now starting to go into remission so thank you very much and 58100% disabled . I have every symptom that you speak of it’s disheartening but at least I am hopeful most days I don’t have the energy to do much eating and I south care about all I can do. Thank You 🙏
I really wish there were more doctors like you as I have lost most of my faith in the profession. This video was very timely as for the past 4-6 months I have been having a number of issues like fatigue, headaches, and a terrible rash on my face that burns/itches/pains. My doctor here in Virginia is absolutely clueless as to what it may be but I have a friend who is a doctor (who unfortunately lives too far from me) who was wondering if this could be some latent virus like shingles or maybe this. At least gives me some direction on where to go from here!
I'm so glad this video came out. It explains so much. I caught cold sores (HSV-1) about 10 years ago and my body has never been able to put them into latency. I noticed a lot of strange things happening to me. It reactivated every other herpesvirus I had in latency, including chickenpox and EBV. I suddenly was intolerant of a lot of foods that supposedly boost the immune system. I now get gastrically or allergically ill when I try to supplement with the exact herbs, foods, and vitamins to help fight herpesviruses but never did before, so I assume that the virus must have tweaked my immune system in some way. Doctors also consistently miss infections in my body because I very rarely ever run a fever. All of these things changed after infection. I've now been diagnosed with an immunodeficiency because my NK and B cells do not function correctly. I've been to the top medical facilities in the US and nobody has ever seen anything like this and nobody knows what to do, so now I'm trying to handle it with lifestyle and dietary changes. This is how damaging these viruses can be.
My Covid Doctors just found my EBV fully reactivated and showing on blood work over 600 Active Antigens. They started me on 3000mg Monolaurin and 300mg of Apolactoferrin daily, plus they found the EBV and Covid lowered my Iron and Copper levels dangerously low, so now they have me on Iron Bisglycinate 25mg daily as well. Yeah, actual Doctors are seeing alot of the medicines are bot working, but they said they have been getting very goid results against EBV, Flu, RSV and 19 with the use if Monolaurin and Apolactoferrin taken every single day. They told me both of them eat away the Viral Envelope the Viruses wrap up in and that exposes the Viruses being destroyed.
I am right there with you on a lot of what you shared. My drs have no clue what they are doing and I keep getting sicker by the day. I'm doing everything I know to keep healthy and fight this off but it's not working. So many organs are being affected now and I wonder if I already have an autoimmune and/ or cancer starting based on my symptoms. In that case, how do we fight off EBV if we can't strengthen our immune system cause of an autoimmune?? Praying for us all!
@@MamaRestInPeace1424 I'm so sorry to hear all this has happened. I'm supposed to be getting a vitamin/nutrient panel in the next month or two. Before the pandemic, a lot of doctors were never considering the nutritional component so it is good to see them finally taking it seriously instead of nuking us with medication alone. I've seen a lot of mention of monolaurin in the comments so I'm going to read up on it. I'm so sorry you are going through this too. I hope you start to improve!!
YOUR STORY IS VERY INTERESTING AND IT'S VERY SAD THAT TOP MEDICAL FACILITIES DON'T PAY ENOUGH ATTENTION TO THIS VIRUS AND ONLY REALLY LOOK AT TREATING SYMPTOMS.
Forty years ago I was in my early twenties and was feeling like ick. My primary happened to be a specialist in infectious diseases and he sent me into NYC to Mt. Sinai hospital to get this new fangled test for a newly named illness… Epstein-Barr. Until then it was a virus of unknown origin. Well, yup I had it and it changed my life forever. Six months after diagnosis I still had liver and lung issues. Two years later I developed digestive issues which turned into Crohns and it was a nasty case. My immune system was so messed up nothing helped. Forty years on and I still go in and out of EBV and Crohns remissions…. Amongs several other systems that went south.
Stress has 2 elements: distress (negativity) and eustress (positivity). Healthy people learn to eliminate distress and create more eustress in their lives.
In the late 1990s, I came down with EB and Fibromyalgia. It was the worse case doctors had seen at the time in the Los Angeles area and I was put on full medical disability. This was very unusual at the time, because EB/F was barely recognized as a "thing" by many medical people. My doctor told me that the viruses in my body were "very old and could be multi generational." I don't know the how/why the research knew this all I knew was that I was so ill, I looked like I had no blood and felt like it too for several years. And, yes, I had come down with it due to very severe stress in my work life and some unhealthy practices - sugar, lack of sleep. We ended up moving to a place with a much quieter/more gentle way of life, I changed my eating habits and made sure that I walked (very important) at least a mile each day.
When I was a teen I became infected with Mononucleosis aka EBV. It was awful. After the infection was gone I thought it was done! WRONG!!! It made me chronically fatigued throughout all my teen years. This was in early 2000 btw, when not a lot was known about this virus or at least when not many doctors were knowable about it. I was always tired which in turn made me feel extremely depressed! How can anyone be happy when all you want to do is sleep! Doctors NEVER put two and two together. They put me on antidepressants because they said “well you’re tired because you’re depressed.” I knew that wasn’t true! All throughout my teen years I kept having issue with my tonsils and doctors would swab my throat and come back then say “oh it’s just some virus causing it!” Not only that but the antidepressants never help but made me feel worse due to the side effects. What should have been the best years of my life was the absolute worse!! Doctors only made me feel like I was just a mental nut case. I started feeling better when I had my tonsils removed. But it still took a many more years after to feel normal again.
RN, BSN, CHTP here and I'm sooo GRATEFUL for your teachings, Dr. Berg! Intend to take this to my newer NP at my annual physical very soon, as you have disseminated this new info for us all to benefit from. THANK YOU!!!
Is it true that RNs and doctors are taught in school that vitamin k is the same thing as potassium? I have to ask all the RNs and doctors I come across and so far they’ve all said yes…mind blowing! They don’t even teach the correct meaning of these things
@@w8what575it’s because the medical industrial complex isn’t teaching medicine in their universities anymore. They get all their info from Big Pharma. BTW, vit K comes with a black box warning!!!
My daughter caught this at age 5. The doctors did tests for cancer and everything, couldn’t find out why she couldn’t sleep and was so sick. My brother ( a Dr) suggested they test specifically for this. She had it with other illnesses on top of it. We learned when she started to have recurrences she took galic and b12- it boosted her immune system and stopped the full blown episode.
Funny you mentioned garlic and B12 because that's exactly what I been taking minced garlic B12 with also D3 with K2, and I rarely get it for years un-like before I got it every year up to three times
I'm 71 now. When 19, got EBV. I lost a month of my life in bed, sleeping constantly. My throat was so bad, I couldn't eat and lost 30 lbs.: my doctor said I had the equivalent of Hoof N Mouth, like horses get! Since then, my health has been a real trip. Now on Synthroid for past 10 yrs. Now a diabetic, type 2, insulin shots. Fibromyalgia; I've shrunk in height by 2 inches in a year, spine is compressing. Yes, suffered with stress for years. Reduced that mess, mostly emotional. Yes, I already knew most of what you spoke about, but now with this video, it gives herbal suggestions: good stuff. Thanks! (and i like to read so I'll read that book!)
I had EBV about five years ago. About a year later I ended up with interstitial cystitis. I am now doing keto diet from your advice and all organic foods. Combined with exercise I’m about 90% healed. This makes sense why I’ve had so many muscle problems and fatigue! I’ve reversed Raynauds syndrome from your advice as well! Thank you Dr Berg you are a blessing!
Hey, new research shows Interstitial cystitis is a chronic embedded UTI. It’s often caused by the strep bacteria. Have a look at medical medium, celery juicing can help flush it out. I had a misdiagnosis of IC for a while, ended up having bladder surgery and did the celery juicing. Pretty much symptom free now. It’s a horrible illness hope you’re ok.
@@allytee3427 I will definitely look into it. I have been to many specialists and finally gave up. I started eating all organic and supplements. It seems to have helped me a lot. Thank you for taking time to update me on that information!
Often UTI’s are a hormonal issue, estrogen vaginal suppositories are often prescribed and are helpful. But also if your urine is acidic, ask you doctor about taking baking soda and water to get the ph back. Be careful not to take too much as it can cause an imbalance. Don’t do often just as needed. Doc can give you the dosage. 🤞
The thing about EBV in small pox sh0ts was that although it was suspected, it could not be identified until electron microscopy was developed enough in the early 1970s. Small Pox shOts were recommended for young Australians going north on our travels after high school and university. They were really bad for our health. A couple of years ago I had an antibody test for EBV, of course the results were positive.
I was so ill with EB back in 1988, in my 40's. Have fibromyalgia, celiac and other now, and I think they may be connected somway. What helped me the most was taking pure royal jelly. Made the most difference. Hope this helps someone. Thank you for the information.
I'm new to your channel. Everything in this video runs very true for me. From having my own relapses, to implenting vitamins, and how to stay in remission. All of which I had to learn on my own because unfortunately primary MDs understand so little of EBV and it's effects of the body. In 20 years I have had 3 major relapses. Each being worse than the last. Each time I had to learn what worked for me to beat the virus and stay in remission. I can go on, and on with my story. Thank you so much for shedding light on the EBV so other may not be in the dark like I was!!
Thank you Dr Berg. I have Epstein-Barr, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, And I work and take care of my brain injured son and my husband who is on disability and most the time I am so blessed to keep going but I have had a flare up the last 2 weeks and I know what it is and so I already take a strangulus and echinacea and grapefruit seed extract but I am going to go get cod liver oil and I'm pretty good at watching my diet and not eating sugar so I appreciated your little video.
Monolaurin also helps put EBV into remission and keep it there. It also works with other viruses like HSV. I take it everyday and no longer get coldsores, however I came to find monolaurin when I was having an EBV reactivation. it works!
I learned that I have EBV after my 3rd pregnancy when that pregnancy was so exhausting. I’m in my 4th pregnancy now and it’s full blown active again. I also had chronic fatigue between the pregnancies, on and off, which helped me learn more about it. Definitely flares with stress and I struggle with stress often, including anxiety and depression. This video is very interesting and informative. I didn’t know about the vitamin D, A and zinc issues so I’m going to try focusing on those and see if it helps. Thank you!
Congrats on a big family. Fight against all vaccinations for this 4th one. Nothing can be trusted anymore, once you learn the truth about these cocktails...you'll never want one again
I ended up testing for EBV back in October 2020, and my lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen since. It started out with a cold, then I got pneumonia, and then I wasn't getting better. Found out it was EBV. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. My son was born with swollen lymph nodes as well. I'm hoping it has nothing to do with this. But Monolaurin was what got me out of the dark with it. That stuff should be in everyone's home!
@@laurentmendonca my doctor claims that they calcify “sometimes” and that’s potentially what happened to mine. That’s just one opinion though. My Chiros have never mentioned anything about them.
When I was 37 I came down with Mono. I was working two jobs, 7 days a week, had two children under 3.5. I was ill for many weeks, my throat had Quincy, my liver was so swollen I could not bend. I was on strict bed rest for about 5 weeks. I felt like I was dying. I am now 65 and I have felt so tired every single day of my life since then. I absolutely believe that EBV never leaves you. Even now, my liver enzymes remain in the high normal range. I was a med lab technologist for 43 years and kept an eye on my blood test results.
I had Mononucleosis at 15 years old nearly died from complications from it. Fast forward to two years ago, losing my parent tragically, job loss, move across province x2. Now I am being assessed for MS. Ugh. This latent virus is horrid
EBV got me at age 33, a 100% healthy athlete, nearly killed me, shortly after, I ended up with a nasty case of Hashimoto's, full thyroid failure, and constant low blood sugar episodes. Then developed MCTD, with high RNP antibodies, and the associated hand/foot problems and eye. Then secondary adrenal failure. I am now reliant on Prednisone to live. As it suppresses the immune system and provides cortisol. In short, EBV destroyed a healthy guy.
WOW, MY ADRENALS ARE ALSO SHOT AND NOTHING OVER THE COUNTER WORKS EXCEPT FOR OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT TO SOME DEGREE. I'M HYPOTHYROID AND CAN BARELY TOLERATE ANY TYPE OF THYROID MEDICINE. I OFTEN FEEL SICK AND ONLY HAVE ABOUT 8 HOURS IN THE DAY THAT I FEEL SOMEWHAT FUNCTIONAL. I WAS ALSO ON HYDROCORTISONE AND THAT' HELPED ME FOR 5 YEARS BUT I WEENED OFF WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEN A FEW YEARS LATER STARTED TO FEEL SICK AGAIN.. BY THE WAY PREDNISONE IS SYNTHETIC AND MANY PEOPLE DO BETTER ON THE BIOIDENTICAL VERSION. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH EBV 20 YEARS AGO BUT I DON'T HAVE FLARE UPS JUST AN OCCASIONAL COLD SORE EVERY FIVE YEARS. DO YOU ALWAYS TEST POSITIVE TO EBV? I'M WONDERING IF THE VIRUS CAN STILL BE DEBILITATING EVEN WHEN ITS NOT POSITIVE IN BLOOD.
@@cujet HERPES CAUSES THE COLD SORES AND I THOUGHT HERPES IS A STRAIN OF EVB IDK. THAT'S GREAT THAT IT WORKS BETTER. NOW PREDNISOLONE WORKS WELL ALSO BUT YOU ARE ON PREDNISONE RIGHT?
You might want to try DHEA or boron that will also elevate DHEA, vitamin D and free testosterone. You can use both. Also pregnenolone could be added to this. It helps with stress and they are precursors to hormones.
@@ollymounara605 Thanks for the response! Many years ago my endo suggested DHEA and Vit D it did not help, nor did low dose Naltrexone. Sadly, autoimmune disease has about done me in.
"Epstien barr virus commits suicide (remission) but can come out at any time." it reminds me of another virus which had an island that committed suicide but could be alive, aka is in remission
Thank you so much for making this. My sister lives with this. It hurts me to see or hear about the pain she's always in.. but she struggles through it.. Self employed and still has to pay her rent and utilities and everything else we get to deal with. I pray for her.. ps. I'm a subscriber.
Mono at 15….a long history of cold sores, last 3 incredibly painful….can’t remember the last time I had a fever….was always tired….now try to dismiss as much potential stress as possible…what you have described here fits like a glove….👍🏻
EBV was included in the small pox vaccine I received in November 1969. I was very ill 1 year later and bed ridden. Last year I took a whole series of EBV nosodes
So a vaccination has caused me to be ill my entire life? Is that what you are saying is possible? My life has been a horrible struggle like trudging through quicksand as I tried to keep working and would smile and pretend to be okay in attempt to please my family who would talk behind my back and call me lazy. Funny that the ones talking never held any job at all beyond getting married. smh I will never take another vaccination from these monsters again.
I never heard of EBV before. I too appreciate you for summarizing it for us to consume this important information easily. Like most of us here in the US, the majority of what i do every day can be stressful sometimes. 2 yers ago I declared that I was allergic to stress. To help me minimize the stress, I started avoiding stressful/toxic people and I have to do plans. Instead, I pick and choose what I want to do for the day. I actually enjoy this process better and it efficiently get things done.
All of this is really making sense. I had mono in my late 20's, followed by a thyroid problem. I've had years of chronic fatigue that come and go. I've also had years in which I felt really great. I rarely get ill otherwise though. What's so frustrating and disheartening though was all the times I would go to a doctor and be treated as if I was mental. Found out a few years ago my vitamin D levels were extremely low. It's been difficult to deal with. Every time I think I'm better, then I'm not again.
Hi Dr. Berg. I hope you get this message. I just started following you and was diagnosed with Epstein Barr a couple of years ago. I had the kissing disease as a child. My Psychiatrist is going to test me to see if it has returned. It sure explains why I feel so horrible and fatigued all the time. You helped me understand about this virus more than anyone else. Thank you. Now, if you could help me to get off of Diet Pepsi and sugar!
I went cold turkey with coke..it wasn't easy..everything I drove past a McDonald's, my brain was wired to pull in and get a coke..I lost 10 pounds or more..I still have cravings but I ignore and order ice water now..a plain cheeseburger,no salt..has helped..try keto light or dirty..it helps with weight..also for diabetics..the dexcom 7 has been extremely helpful..
My body crashed when I was under chronic stress. It was bad stress. I lost 20% of my body weight in a month. My Dr. I saw every mo freaked. I weighed 78lbs. I've learned how to meditate, but that same source of stress plus lost ANOTHER close loved one has evolved into another ongoing nightmare of insane proportions. I've learned to detach....FINALLY. Meditate, etc. Still super sick. But you forgot MS. That's why I watched this video. Much Love ❤️
I've dealt with EBV since I was a teen. I have to keep up on my vitamins and minerals and try to keep stress under control. When stress is out of control, my EBV can get reactivated and I become overwhelming fatigued. My bloodwork has been off the charts in the past. Now after all the ups and downs over several decades, I have Sjogrens. I do my best and try to eat healthy and exercise to fight it. Stay well all ♥️
Since starting to take cod liver oil every day, I have noticed a significant improvement in my autoimmune issues. Thanks for all your great videos. Am just starting to take sweet wood worm, hoping for more improvement. Battled EBV for a number of years, not one doctor tested or even mentioned EBV. But a doctor a couple of years ago did test me after I mentioned I had had it and yes I do have it sitting dormant in my body.
Can’t get rid of it? Yes you can. I personally suffered from it until I was 49. A naturopathic doc prescribed a treatment for me and 9 weeks later I tested negative.
@@jjpauline1828 find a doctor who uses a Vega test machine. All viruses have a resonant frequency. Look up Dr Hulda Clarkes research. They use a prototypic enzyme to break up the biofilm and then natural agent such as Argentine silver to destroy the virus.
I was diagnosed with this in the 70s and put in the hospital as I was so so sick. Then again in the eighties I was put in the hospital again with same symptoms. Then they said I had fatigue syndrome. I’m not sure what it is but I have learned to relieve stress and rest more. Eat well and get some exercise. I’m doing well now.
I had a low grade fever for about a year, before I came down with RA. Wish the doctors would have had some snap and told me some of this. Dr Berg is always 🎯
I had mono in 8th grade. My throat was almost swollen shut. Was out of school for 2 months. Since then I have developed an autoimmune condition and chronic venous insufficiency. I think it's all connected.
Same for me. My throat looked like it was stuffed with cotton balls. My autoimmune is in my liver. Just terrible. Pray yours not as severe as what I got. Blessings to you and yours.
I came down with a severe case of mono when I was 15. I lost a year of my life due to how sick I was. I’ve noticed that it comes back whenever I go through a series trauma. I also have multiple autoimmune disorders and have always believed they are connected to the mono. A while back I started having it rear up again. After some research, I discovered lysine and colloidal silver. They help a lot. Thank you for this new information Dr. Berg!
Hi Dr. Berg, I love all of your videos and have utilized your information to help me heal on my healing journey. I noticed the visuals in your videos a lot of the times are of the viruses, etc. If I may make a suggestion as your viewer, I would prefer healing visualizations throughout the videos as it is a powerful component in subconscious healing as well. Thank you for all you do💚
Also--NO fever, no colds, no flu for over 20years , UNTIL January 2023 when I had a fever for less than a day which became a bout with Omicron! I think maybe my immune system is returning--as weird as that sounds! For the last three years , I have been doing major gut and total body restore at 81. All thanks to you the You Tube MED TEAM!!! What a fascinating journey***THANK YOU DR BERG!!!
Ya it's wild how I had a real bad fever starting night 1 of the covid, but by the end of the night it was broken and I felt better, just had a headache and loss of taste for like 5 days
Dr Berg I have zero experience with vitamin A, which amount would you recommend when the virus is active ? And do you have a explanation for following: when EBV is active and I take a hot shower, I always have red spots all over my face, as if I have some allergic reaction to the heat. Very weird, makes me hesitate going to sauna
I had the EB when I was 17, after my father died, now I have MS which they say is linked to EB. I wish I had this information 50 years ago! Thank you. Dr. Berg for educating people on this topic. ❤🙏💐

Im a 28 year old male, who has had EBV for a year and 3 months of almost constant sickness. A fit 4-5 day gym routine has now been changed to a life altering 0 exercise lifestyle. It started with 1 month of tonsillitis, then chronic fatigue for a few months and the only way i bounced back from that was anti depressants- which was such a necessity for me, such a stressful sickness at this young age. It helped me recover from chronic fatigue. I only just recently stopped getting really sore muscles but im unsure if that is a help with a different low dose anti depressant my dr put me on to numb pain. I now have constant inflammation, seen an infectious disease specialist recently and he said i do not have chronic epstein barr virus, but EBV has just caused a domino effect of sicknesses. Intermittent fasting and extreme reduction in carbs or none at all make the inflammation manageable.
There are good naturopathic drs that deal with this…they are expensive but a ton of help…and not the ion foot bath, whoowhoo drs. The ones testing your blood and stool and giving you supplements. Do a moderate workout not hard. Walk in nature. Lower stress. And like Berg said, Vit D3/k2, omega 3, zinc, and look into Olive leaf. Preferred OliveRex and there are talks of Monolaurin, and a theory about BHT, an additive that cured chickens, but it is not mainstream or even in the alternative medicine yet.
I CAN RELATE TO THE CONSTANT SICKNESS. I HAVE TO PUSH SO HARD TO DO THE NORMAL THINGS IN LIFE.. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED SOME RELIEF FROM OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT THAT THIS DOCTOR PROMOTES FOR IT. IT'S DISCUSSED IN ANOTHER VIDEO.
Might have to blame my education but I had not heard about EBV until like 3 years ago and I am in my 30's...thank you for yet another great informative video!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I had double vision for a few months and after a few months went to doctor and from there ended up spending $30000 on doctors, scans, tests, on and on. Nothing conclusive. The double vision did go away when I was seeing all these doctors. And i remember the exact moment it was gone. I got sick with flu like symptoms and my body got a fever for 3 days at 102. I let it run its course. I woke up and the fever broke and my double vision was gone. I realized I had a virus that was causing my double vision and the fever fixed it. Did some research and Epstein bar came up. I had mono as a kid. I told all the doctors the story and every single one of them dismissed it.
OMG. I have had more dismissive doctors than I can count! They refuse to believe that we know what we feel in our bodies! Rather than follow our symptomatic leads, they’d rather generalize and prescribe drugs that don’t help. I recognize now after watching this video that it has always been my lack of running a fever that makes them assume the wrong diagnosis. 🤦🏼♀️
@@tammietravis2395 exactly. And I do not usually get fevers at all. So this one I had was significant to me. And everyone around me tried to tell me to take something to reduce it. But I knew my body was fighting for me! I was happy to have a fever! I saw so many doctors and not one of them even acknowledged my story.
THANK YOU!! I have reactivating EBV and recently have been taking 15, 000 IUs D3, and noticed since upping my dose I have had no episodes! Now, I also have a clue as to why, while taking 15,000 IUs my D3 levels are still below 30. Will be increasing my dose. I do know that the upper most limit to take is 50,000 IUs. Most important, I always take vitamin D3 with K2 as well as magnesium. K2 will keep the calcium in the bones and magnesium plays a role in utilization of vitamin D3 in body. Also, EBV puts one at risk for MS, among other maladies, but D3 reduces the risk of MS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Wish my doctor had shared this information with me when I was diagnosed. So grateful for you and the information you share!
Thank you Dr.Berg. I started low active Thyroid meds and now get sores in my nose ,lips, and the right side tonsil area and neck just hurts 25% of my day.
Ive been researching all night, and i am wondering, regarding the herbs, etc, if working to repair the blood brain barrier can help the relapses? Herbs/ oils like cedar, oregano and thyme keep coming up, as do lemon balm and lemongrass, mints and vetivert. It seems like some studies, regarding essential oils and antiviral effects in healing the blood brain barrier, say that the best ways to apply these are through the digestive system for oregano and marjoram, particularly, and in general through inhalation. I wonder about a multi-pronged approach towards medication that includes using things like the essential oils in the steam rooms and inhalation through steam, as well as supplements such as oregano. That support additional treatments such as mulivitamins and steroids if necessary. Ive looked and looked as to what the medication for ebv might look like and none of it looks pretty, they all say the side effects are bad bad.
Many doctors theorize EBV is linked to MS. I am pretty sure I had this virus when I was a teenager (16). Shortly thereafter, I started having MS and CFS symptoms and was diagnosed with MS at 19… Failed most MS meds except bcell depleting meds. I’m on high doses of vitamin d, chronic vitamin d deficiency is huge in MS, and was one of the indications that led to my diagnosis. Winters are so tough for me, I need to sit outside for at least 15 minutes a day but it’s so hard when it’s bitter cold because I live in New England- oral vitamin d supplements are okay, but over the years I have learned that the sun is key. I sometimes feel like I’ve gotten over the flu, just from sitting in the sun.
Been learning about this EBV lately thanks to your channel and a few other random videos. I've had psoriasis for a long time, but I've never tried treating it like a viral infection. Focusing on gut health, eliminating environmental toxins, and inflammation; has been like 90% effective in suppressing it, but for the last few years there's been a small amount on my face that I can't get rid of. I know I need to get more sunlight, but I can't do that all year around. Going to try taking zinc though, I've never supplemented with it before.
Go work with a reputable Natropathic dr. They deal with this all the time. And I think all the people around us shedding the vaccine is also instigating a lot of people’s EBV. At first I didn’t believe it, but I found that when you are around a lot of people who recently got the shot (actually any vaccine) their immune system kicks up and they start shedding the virus, though it is not active and won’t make us sick, our immune system also fires up and starts going into protection mode. But when we have EBV the B cells may be stressed and we are not fighting off the shedding as well as we should be. Again, that maybe incorrect, but the shedding is real from all viruses. And our B cells being bogged down by stress, and disease and bad eating does wear the body out.
I tested positive for EBV after getting Covid for the first time. I still have swollen lymph nodes from it. I didn’t know I had it till age 25. My pediatrician would test me for the virus at my annuals and it was always negative. My stress levels have gone up as well which probably triggers it. My health hasn’t been the same ever since. But I am looking more into natural remedies and dr bergs videos! 😊
Yes. After covid l thought the sore throat and mucas was covid l wonder cause l had sore throat again and green mucas ..no covid but felt the same as to when l got covid.. what stuff do you have and feel and what helps you and how do you get a conventional dr to look into ? What type Dr helped you
I have just come back from the funeral of a 14 year old girl who contracted EPV. The hospital gave her a few courses of antibiotics and sent her home. She died after 4 weeks of being sick from it. It started with her complaining that her legs hurt when she was walking to school and her parents had to drop her off. Then her whole body hurt. All her school friends and teachers came to pay their respects. It was absolutely heart breaking. EPV was only diagnosed during the autopsy!
So literally we’re screwed if we have other issues and chronic stress that we can’t get under control. Thank you Dr. Berg for your amazing information. 💜
So true what you are saying. I m fighting since 4 months with reactivated ebv in my central nervous system. It is a tough one but a reduction / control of stress and healthy lifestyle are definitely key in putting it back into remission. Our lifestyle and big Pharma/medicine are not made to handle it yet
I have both ms and have had CFS. When the CFS started the blood-tests did show high levels of antibodys for Epstein Barr. I had a stressful situation with many infections at that time.
Sorry to hear that, but I hope you can find more hope knowing your undying condition is EBV. I am just a stranger, but qualified to tell you. Get a naturopath dr who specializes in autoimmune. Take lots of omega 3, from different sources too (cod liver, krill, salmon, flaxseed, even super organic olive oil that will spoil in a few weeks not the ones in the grocery store) Up the Vit D3/k2 and get tested every few months for D levels and calcium levels. Look into taking Biocin along with OliveRex. As directed. Look into an alkaline type diet but with more omega 3, 9 (not 6) fats. And heavy weight exercise is your best bet along with stretching/yoga. Cardio is not your friend, unless you are doing heavy lifting. Wishing you the best…btw I am only suggesting you look in to each of these ideas.
I had EBV in college and my functional medicine doctors found that it had resurfaced in my body (now 39), probably thanks to covid. I was sick ALL THE TIME and couldn't ever seem to be healthy. They put me on an antiviral protocol and I have never felt better. I took monolaurin, vitamin A, lysine, lyposomal cats claw and SBC Protect powder (for my stomach). Im now on a potent immune building multivitamin and finally feel like I have my life back
That’s great! I’ve been in an antiviral and anti inflammatory since 2016 but it’s not working anymore. I also tal L-lysine, zinc, c, d and other supplements but I’ve hit a wall. I’m going to see about getting high doses of VIT C through IV for relief.
I’ve been suffering from CFS mono and Candida for 4 years and I had a nutritionist that was helping me but she gave me so many supplements that I could only take at certain times of day and I could only eat very restrictively which was really hard because of that she dropped me as a client just in time for me to go to the hospital for colon failure they kept me alive and I can work but I’m tired all the time I smell like bacteria regularly no matter how much I shower and I can’t do exercise because of autoimmune problems so I understand how hopeless it can feel
How exactly do they use uv therapy. So interesting.
@@lindapelle8738 maybe ultraviolet light blood irradiation therapy. 100 year old natural auto-vaccine. Amazing.
Tell your friend to eat more fats & meats to get a short term memory back. But drop the sugars & carbohydrates turn to sugars. Fats never allow for any inflammation & is the only food that heal!

Yes but not many. I found one for my wife during covid. She cared about her patients. I asked when my wife asked for x medication and I said would you tell her a Epson salt bath works just the same.
Vitamin c kills viruses; vitamin b fights stress
Same happened to me i also got Hodgkin's lymphoma after taking too much stress at young age

FGHP works amazingly for shingles. It cures mine in 24-48 hours. I haven't had an outbreak in over 2 years.
I was diagnosed with a severe Epstein Barr infection in my early 20s. My body temperature hasn't had a normal immune response since. Almost 30 years later and I'm now having lots of auto immune disorder symptoms.

Made me happy reading this
Have you read about cordyceps? They might be able to push the virus into the LYTIC state allow for your body to eliminate it over long term use. Suggest a slow ramp up if you think it's interesting and want to try it. Not too too expensive. I suggest getting a few different batches though, because some of the mushrooms I ordered from the same company worked and tasted fine and others tasted like pencil shavings! Did not keep taking those!

@8:33 YES DR BERG! I'll share my EBV story below:
About 7 years ago, I woke up one morning completely and utterly drained.
What type of antivirals? Herpes ones or natural ones. I have tried all herbal ones.
What are adaptogens and nervines? Any examples of specific herbs that helped you? Thanks in advance 🤍

I agree on the monolaurin! It's amazing for viruses I buy the Inspired Nutrition brand. It's good stuff!!!!

Yes! Monolaurin saved me! Highly recommend! Got it from a local chiropractor ❤️
Monolaurin??? Need to look into this!

God bless.
Our OLD Chiro knew more and read more about EVERYTHING than any MD I ever met.
They don't break things down because they don't have a clue. VERY FEW MD's/DO's actually know this. Dr. Berg is a rare genius.

Yes, I have 2 of Anthony William's books. One of them is Thyroid Healing, as I suffer from hypothyroid. I have used his protocol but I believe my reduction of levothyroxin was to do with fasting for 72 hours and I am on intermittent fasting.
I like Dr Berg's explanation and recondition on intermittent fasting.
Love Anthony William. Only discovered him a few months ago, just reading one of his books now, very interesting.
Berg.❤️
Lyme attacks the thyroid as well
Spunky momma I would like to recommend looking into the medical mediums books.

I got it from NONE of those reasons. Please do not share disinfo. These are not the only ways you get it.
Most people have it. It’s almost impossible to prevent. And it’s passed in utero to baby so if you have it your kids will.

L-lysine helps fight viruses . I started taking it to avoid getting covid. It worked with cov, flu, and some colds but only if viral. Iots of people with chronic fever blisters on their lips, use l-lysine.

For the constipation take magnesium citrate and drink 2 oz of prune juice or just eat 2 prunes a day. Also, Omega 3 for the dry skin as well.
One, or even half an avocado a day would be good for your skin etc.

Bravo, sir! BRAVO!!!
I think I’m going through this now. 😢 how did you treat it ?

You literally have connected the dots for me and my suspicions of health concerns!
@@stewbugz5213 so glad you’re doing better now. Organic definitely is the way I think! Take care :)
@@allytee3427 I wonder if it can cause issues within the urethra, embedding at the urethral opening
Very 'politely' put! 😉

I’m sure you didn’t get it from kissing or sharing a drink or something. Has to be the vaccine?
@I'm happy Or in simple layman language it's bloody dodgy!
Unfortunately like most other viruses I suspect EBV was man made!
And what worked?
Thank you Dr Berg. I have Epstein-Barr, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, And I work and take care of my brain injured son and my husband who is on disability and most the time I am so blessed to keep going but I have had a flare up the last 2 weeks and I know what it is and so I already take a strangulus and echinacea and grapefruit seed extract but I am going to go get cod liver oil and I'm pretty good at watching my diet and not eating sugar so I appreciated your little video.
God bless you! 🙏🏼
Monolaurin also helps put EBV into remission and keep it there. It also works with other viruses like HSV. I take it everyday and no longer get coldsores, however I came to find monolaurin when I was having an EBV reactivation. it works!
Is it an autoimmune suppressant ?

I never heard of EBV before. I too appreciate you for summarizing it for us to consume this important information easily.
Like most of us here in the US, the majority of what i do every day can be stressful sometimes. 2 yers ago I declared that I was allergic to stress. To help me minimize the stress, I started avoiding stressful/toxic people and I have to do plans. Instead, I pick and choose what I want to do for the day. I actually enjoy this process better and it efficiently get things done.
you might have heard of it as glandular fever or the kissing disease - very common in teenagers
And I forgot to mention, my epstein barr levels are high.

Shortly thereafter, I started having MS and CFS symptoms and was diagnosed with MS at 19…
Failed most MS meds except bcell depleting meds.

Yes, the sun is very healing!🌞
There is zinc in Desitin ointment.... But topical milk of magnesia may work better. Or bentonite clay mask.

Very interesting! I had bioresonance therapy and they discovered Epstein Barr was very activated. Lots of sweating and tiredness
Do you take any supplements and herbs ? Was there mold?
@@joanneclark8256 no mold. Yes I take supplements and herbs!
Can all of these supplements be found without a prescription?
I’ve been suffering with these symptoms ever since I had mono at age 15. I haven’t been able to find a doctor that will truly help me.
If you look at the technology involved in viruses its begs the question, who or what created them & for what purpose.
I think when you use the word "technology" you mean life. Study mitochondria.
