Hi David. I’m sorry to say yours didn’t make the initial wave of shipment. It’s frustrating because I have another batch of spacers ready to ship before Etsy closed us down. Something triggered them from a complaint by a customer which was insane because we just shipped them out this week so he couldn’t have received them yet. we have no idea what complaint that customer made to Etsy against us but it caused our new store to get locked. Most frustrating thing is that we couldn’t even reach out to our customers to explain what happened. Thank you so much for reaching out to us here. We are legit and not scamming I promise you but this will definitely tarnish our rep. It’s not your issue and I hope we can get this resolved soon. It’s not in you but if you have an opportunity to speak to Etsy about this to get their attention and escalate our issue then maybe that would help this get fixed soon. Hey David we finally got an email back from them asking us an inch of questions. We emailed back as much proof as we could and are now awaiting their response. I pray they open it up again soon
To anyone who ordered from me on Etsy they decided to lock my account without explanation. I have emailed back to get it reinstated but I don't know how long that will be. I apologize to anyone who is waiting on our orders. We have been working hard to ship these out in a timely manner and have been able to ship out 19 orders so far before Etsy locked us out. The most frustrating thing is that we aren't even able to contact our customers to let them know. So if you are one of them reading this I truly apologize for the situation and I pray it gets resolved soon.

Use a stronger magnet on the dome side of the security tag and the pull should release the tag

This worked out great for me. I had a friend print them out, and the original file didn’t stress my frame too much so I’m good. Thx for the tutorial 👍
