If you take the peels off of the bananas and then put them in a bag and freeze them then you can blend it up/mash it up and add whatever you want to make banana ice cream! I like to add vanilla extract, peanut butter, and maybe even coconut flakes!

Hey Ashley. If you're interested, I've been melting 1 cup shea butter, 1 cup cocoa butter, and about 1/2 cup coconut oil together.. It stores very well in a glass or even plastic jar and I LOVE putting it on my face at nights especially when I start to break out or my face feels a little unhealthy; there's a HUGE difference in the morning! Also great for nail health and you can re-melt it for hot oil treatment on your hair. I swear, I've been using this for years and it's amazing! (: It dries pretty solid, sometimes hard during the winter, but a little goes a long way!

From experience I can tell you that to get oil off hair first rub some conditioner into your hair to emulsify the oil and then shampoo :) Works like a charm for me

If you're using the castor oil in your hair you have to rinse it out with super hot water or use an apple cider vinegar rinse (1 part ACV to 1 part filtered water)! Iv played around with castor oil masks a lot and its such a thick oil those are basically the only ways to get it fully out! (ps the ACV is really good for clarifying your hair/scalp too so its almost a win-win) :) Love your vlogs so so much

Ashley, Coconut oil is comedogenic and it might break you out. Also, castor oil is very greasy and hard to wash out of your hair, put very very little ... I don't even like it for myself because it is very drying in my opinion, I read that it pulls out the water out of your skin (I was using it around my eyes and on my dermatitis)

Ashley! I love you and have been loving Vlogmas so far! I don't know if anyone has suggested this yet or if you've talked about them, but I used to go to the gym and tuck my iPhone in my tights like you - I would always struggle when I would do weights because it would fall out or my earphones would tug. BUT I just bought bluetooth wireless headphones from your favourite Amazon, for 25$!! And it's changed my workout!! I never have to keep my phone on my body and it's so much easier to do weights or floor work!! I bought the Aukey ones and the sound is really good and so so cheap! Not sure if you're having the same problems as I was, but thought I'd share! Much love

Ha so funny I had the same night last night. Dinner and movies all to myself since my husband was away. I love pretty in pink! Ash if you have that happen again with the oil or get product build up take 1/4 cup of baking soda and 3 tbs water mix it and in the shower put it through wet hair and then shampoo it out and your hair will be so clean! It's helped mine so much! Xx

Tip: When attempting to wash coconut oil out of your hair, make sure not to wet your hair first! Pour the shampoo directly into your hair, massage it deeply into your scalp, and once you've thoroughly feel like you're done, then feel free to rise with water. Hope this helps! Lovin' vlogmas! XO

You should put shampoo in your hair before you step in the shower and massage it for 5 minutes, then wash it out. Then shampoo your head again once your in the shower. That usually always works for me when I'm trying to get the coconut oil mask out.
