She's doing her thing, and giving young girls a positive message with her music, which is more than you can say for a lot of popular artists out there right now. I am not an obsessed Miley Fan but I TOTALLY fancy her music. It is really appropriate for girls ranging from ages 8-15. It talks about boys which is mainly what we like to here about! Haha! I like how her voice is deep and isnt light and feathery like most disney singers. and nickelodeon. I also think shes a cutie :]
either shes amazingly unbelievably talented, singing softly with a prerecorded song, a robot or lip syncing. I like the song, Just saying how does she keep a composed voice frolicking around the stage, and jumping wildly.

I never really saw why ppl hated her even when she was Hannah Montana. Her songs are a whole lot better than most of the songs on the radio today. I MISS HER, she was my inspiration, the music I listened to while I was getting bullied. Her songs were my life.

I am the first to admit that almost any other Disney star could outsing Miley easy, and as much as i'd like to think that there is an excuse for her to lip-sync, there isn't (even Britney Spears has an excuse- she dances, so it's too hard to sing during all that motion). Miley sings live now, but when she first started, all her concerts were lip-synced. her music is catchy and her voice has an interesting quality though, so it evens out for me at least. she isn't fake. just needs dance lessons.

Other than that - I'm completely into rock music, grunge music, punk music, etc. I just like the show, it's a cute idea. And I like KP for the strong female lead. No, I couldn't answer that. actually, she may not be lip syncing. This could just be footage of the concert set with the recorded song playing. Sometimes with live recordings the sound quality gets a bit off due to acoustics and screaming fans.

okay so, im not a big fan of hannah montana but, you have to admit that she is a pretty good singer and if kids like to watch her show and see her concerts, thats perfectly fine. I mean, she is a child star. And YES she is most likely lip syncing but most people who are in concert lip sync. It isnt because they cant sing, its because they dont want the performance messed up if the people miss some words or something like that. its just the way things are.

i just played this vid and the cd simultaneosly and its exactly the same .. well that may prove she's lip synching but i think most stars do that in their concerts, so nothing to blame her for.

It's impossible for her to sound the exact same while being picked up. That's so her CD and she's just lip syncing. That's really sad. She doesn't even the machine/computer she always uses to sing for her! She takes the cheap way out!
@rizzleman dude miley doesnt lip sync, you can tell, so Idk wtf your seeing. The vid isnt completely insync with the music. Even if she was, its not her choice, its Disney's if you look at other vids of her concerts, she sounds almost like her soundtrack but theres a rawness too it.
The same reason why Miley lovers go on bash videos of Miley. When we can't stand something, we speak out against it. I honestly have no problem with Miley. I just can't stand the fact that she is so famous when she really doesn't have that much talent. She's nothing special to me.
So then what's the point? If she's a singer, she should singer (although I'd rather she'd lip-sync becaus I've heard her live). If she sacrifices singing for the dancing, then she should just scrap it and become a dancer, even if she's no good at dancing either.

actually, she may not be lip syncing. This could just be footage of the concert set with the recorded song playing. Sometimes with live recordings the sound quality gets a bit off due to acoustics and screaming fans.
