Very good video. I am new to load cell design. My doubt is how do you decide max. and min. surface area of circular disk or plate mounted on the load cell? And will the weigh scale produce same results if 30gram weight placed on corner or edge of the plate instead placed to centre (as shown in video).

Great video! I manage to do this project, but I have some problems. Please help me if you have time. 1. After the calibrate, when there nothing on the scale, the number seem to be unstable, it change in the range from -5 to 5, I keep the same code and using 100g in calibrate part like you. 2. I don't quite understand readCount() function. Can you explain what it is?
-5 to 5 variations when nothing on scale is due to improper placement of load cell kindly try to change your load cell base, screws, position or disk on load cell etc.

Arduino is accurate but not as accurate as a card/circuit board which is specifically designed for weight measuring purpose
For more than 200kg load cell the connection with any other microcontroller logic will be same right?

Check your jumper wires connected to the LCD's input pins
bro instead of using a lcd screen we can use serial monitor

Use 200 to 1K Ohms resistor for constant resistance value instead of variable resistor, if variable resistor is not available.
