Do you think it is important to think in the language we learn? You live in Japan and speak two languages at least. What language do you think in?

The EFL approach is the best. We get stuck in conversation because we have forgotten the only word, phrase or sentence that we learned by repeating.

Wow ! This is where the rub is!!
The more I deeply involve the language and invest in the right time studying as kids do, the better I perform and understand the language.
I am incredibly excited about the 3 stages I may call the best strategy that will lead you into fluency!!
It's really testimonial compared to a bunch of strategies I have seen before. I will stick to this strategy til it becomes my habits and a part of my life.
Thanks a million again for being transparent with us again

one problem of using translation is lots of time there is no words that exactly representing the same meaning in two languages, except for nouns. Languages evolves along with cultures and history of the nation. For example, running on the feet is 跑in Chinese, while the running water is 流, running a business is 经营 or 做(生意)

You have totally different approach to teaching language and I am grateful to find your videos. I've been learning English at school as a second language for many years, then I moved to UK and after more then 10 years in English speaking environment I am still not fluent. But the thing is that the Italian language was very easy for me to learn. It took me half a year to start speaking it. So I assume the English is not the easiest language. But with your advices I believe in myself 😊.Thank you.

I think my level is just between Awareness and Ownership, as it is getting a little higher and my vocabulary larger, and also sometimes I get some Aha moments. :)
All of this thanks to you and your great method!
One of the main difficulty left for me, is pronunciation. Despite my best friend Frederick ! :)
For example the words "bold" and "bald". These two are so close with such a subtle difference for the prononciation, and yet so different meanings witch could make them misunderstood by natives if they're not said properly.
You’re such an example of constancy and pleasure to learn, that we owe you to do so.
I'm a faithful and patient learner, but also I'm on the way to prove that your awesome method really works!! :)

Your lessons did work to get to know where I am in the learning process.
I'm trying to come across as many new words as possible. For example, I try to learn how the basic verbs are used in different ways: run, for instance, can mean "to get less of something " when it comes out in "run out of." Or, if "time" comes in the subject like "Time is running late," it means "You are behind schedule. " And I get this kind of phrasal verbs, and when I run across them in the movies or the music, is it the Awareness moment?
    Thank you,
    Hiro from Japan.
