Buying a vehicle from guys like these situations are suspicious and always better to just pass . But this situation, he is a dealer and knows the game.

Never buy or deal with a seller who says he is selling a car for a friend or family. Always run a Carfax and go from there, even before looking at it.
What is their reason for doing that? I had some dude buying a car on behalf of his "brother." If I had my time again, would've told him to piss off.
