It all boils down to buy the book and read it 10 to 15 times. I can't talk much, I bought the book a week ago and am only 2/3 through it. I can say though that after just watching videos for the past year or so, finally reading the book I can see why it's neccessary. He goes way more into detail about why this stuff works. It's way easier to run a race as fast as you can when you have a feeling of where the finnish line is and what it takes to get there. If that makes any sense. The videos are just a bonus to the book, not the other way around as I had previously thought.

@katherine because women put men there because they are not attracted to them, but see a need to have them hanging around, meaning the man is simply used as guys love women. and are always attracted to a women they show any interest in. putting these men in the friend zone is cruel as he is always going to feel attracted to the women yet his feelings and his needs will never be met. relationships are about giving to each other not locking people in a cage with rules

Was looking for a Zen talk on" Not forcing things" and this was very spot on even though it wasn't a 'zen' video. The story of the guy who was trying to force the relationship was just sad. By all means take action but if you gotta force a relationship, walk away
You are missing an important factor coach. Forcing things is also a result of unrealistic expectations. When we are to caught up to get a certain girl or be a certain way or get a certain promotion by said time or by how you see people around you, you will create false expectations, and it causes people to force things in order to meet those expectations and this will always backfire no matter what.

thats so me I've been chasing my girlfriend of 5 years for a couple months now and she's been rejecting me everyday doesn't communicate with me doesn't want anything to do with me doesn't invite me to go anywhere with her but here's the problem she still lives in the house with me I guess that's one of the biggest reason why I keep chasing her because she still there the lease has a couple months left on it and there ain't much I could do because her name is on the lease as well it's just very painful to see her everyday and her pretty much ignore my existence she's only there because she has nowhere to go and that itself is a crappy feeling for me because I still do love her but the feeling is not mutual

Same thing happening to me. We had a date on Wednesday and she never texted me after the date. So I texted her on monday ...This is how our conversation went. I seriously need someones opinion on this.
Me - Stay safe in the snow girl
Her - I just got off work, I'm freaking out and the roads are so bad

Problem is.....she texts me 24 hours later saying she can't get the shift covered but that she is available the next day.
I had done this the week prior because she was busy on thursday.
Told her I was busy the next day. Next day I text her around 12 telling her something came up and I was free to get together today (basically taking up her offer from the prior day). She takes nearly 2 hours to text me back and says this. PS : GET THIS - I went to he gym this day. She walks in and I'm thinking like "Really, you didn't even text me back." 3 mins later I get a text from her saying this.
Her - Aww I wish I could have known sooner :(
My grandma is sick and I told her I would come over and make dinner for her.
Me - So you're going to walk by me without saying hi? ahahaha
Her - Your at the gym? ( I know full well she saw me so I ignored her)
I decided I wasn't going to go out of my way to say something because I knew she saw me.
Her - I looked for you and couldn't find you ( Got this text when I was about to leave and saw her walking out to her car)
Decided to joke a little and said

The previous day I called her out saying that she just didn't seem that interested. She said
" I am! Very. I would love to see you again" What I don't get is that she doesn't act like this and I would think she would add a counter offer if she really wanted to see me again. IDK

And Everyone different of course, but id also say that you did too much texting. I usually do a max of 3 or 4 text messages. but hey it that worked out great.

Your 3rd email speaks to the woman I am in love with. I hate this I don't know myself bull at all and would rather she be direct. Being together over 2 years engaged to be married at least we were a week ago before she said she wanted a "break" then the bull about not sure if she is marriage material and not sure about herself all points to her wanting to end it. OK by me I am emotionally and mentally worn out from this. I screwed up and told her I didn't want to marry her and to go buy the new house we were going to buy, yes my fault insane day, panic attack I don't know what. She goes out the next day and buys a house where she used to live, yes she moved in with me gave up everything for me. Next day she leaves drains the bank account moves 102 miles away where she used to live and moved in with her best friend. Yes I screwed up apologized and have done everything possible to make it up to her by being nice, helpful, etc Guess what doesn't mean a thing to her in my mind. I have disrespected myself as a man and I am done with that. She is out of the country right now on a cruise with her family that I was supposed to be on. But being persona non grata she invited her grandson. I paid for this cruise for both of us and yes it had been planned for a long time so I get it. But once home she will txt me some bull had a good time am home safe. My response isn't going to be oh so glad you are back safe, I love you blah blah blah. Nope mine with be glad you are home safe and had a good time. That's it. She wants a break I am going to give her a break. Funny thing she txts me at 11:30 at night my time to tell me she and the family are in safe meaning they are all at the motel going to the ship tomorrow. Next day noon time I get a pic from her telling me her we all are which of course she is in. Why do this bull? Seems like when I go quiet she continues to communicate a little. No idea why she would do this up and down bull.
