We had so much fun today in our twitch live and we watched the rise of bangtan which was so emotional and great .
It was so touching, seeing these guys been through such a tough time it almost heart breaking but I'm so glad they've done it like a real champ.

RM, or Kim Namjoon, deserves his high IQ of 148. He was one of the top students and if he had continued to mainstream studies, I'm sure he will also graduate among the top in the country. Instead, he uses his other talents to comfort people. He is poetic, has a way with words, always find the right words to say something and his philosophical thoughts. There are people with higher IQ out there, but this person without a good amount of EQ is of no use even if he can do very well in his studies. RM, has a good combination of both and he's in touch with his own emotions and of others. His words about the "most beautiful moment in life" is very apt and well phrased.
IQ increases in time :D he should be higher now :P

Here they are doing well but just won their first music show award (before they had won rookie awards, best new group but nothing for songs or albums yet). they were considered mid-tier, doing well but not established and still very precarious financially. At this point still hovering around bankruptcy. It was probably also frustrating that newly debuted groups from big agencies could promote their music normally and would almost immediately win on music shows which led to more acclaim, awareness, awards, and ultimately money- that’s not how it was for Bangtan. They had to begin step by step.
Cyrus, you can check Bangtan Bomb channel to watch all BTS videos (making MV, dance practice, mixtapes, etc), but there is no Eng Sub in earlier video, so you can check Bangtan Sub channel. Some Army made subtitles for this kind videos.

Before 2015: Go to Bangtan Subs, playlists, All Logs- they are their personal logs from 2013-2020, also Episodes and Subbed Bangtan Bombs 2014-2020. It was not until 2019-2020 that Bighit added subs on their own on the Bangtan TV channel. Lots of other 2013+ content here too.

"Rise of Bangtan" Series shows them from January 2013, their debut year ( 13th June 2013 their debut date) in first episode. I think you want their videos before 2013. They really started their training from 2010-11. In 2015, they won their first award for "I need you".😊😊😊
When ARMY say no one works harder than BTS we don't exaggerate. Even while on tour BTS rented practice spaces and rehearsed, they were writing and recording, they filmed Run BTS, they did photoshoots and more, all while struggling for money.
Put it this way, BTS first extended period of rest since debut was in 2019 when they got a month off. So they worked solid for 6 years, with odd days off here and there, which is crazy.
You should go to BANGTANTV channel, their EPISODES and BANGTAN BOMBS and all sorts are all on there. I have gone back a few times and rewatched, they don't get old.💜

In early 2015 Big Hit was struggling financially. It was about this time that Bang PD started looking for overseas investment money. I'm sure this was part of the reason for Suga's worries. Even in the practice room they would see prospective investors trooping by on their way to meet with Mr. Bang.
(They ended up getting a huge influx of cash. Can't remember who the investor was but I still remember that in the interview he said he was moved by the fervor in the eyes of the members as he watched them in the practice room. It turned out to be very profitable for him. He made back 5X the investment $$.)
Not sure who was the investor but I remember on this channel DJ Jino mentioned that his father's manager/friend was asked to invest in BigHit but he rejected. Then another of his friend had done so. Probably there were more than one investor. Like you said, that investor was wise to see the potential in BTS members to invest in them. These 7 young men had worked very, very hard to achieve and fulfil their dreams and passions.

In 2015 they weren't still appreciated by the media and tvshow in Korea, still not much broadcasting.. May that's why Suga (Bts) weren't sure about their success
From 2013 to 2014 bts released 4 albums 3 eps and 1 full length album and a special edition of their 3rd ep full of remixes and new songs and before 2013 bts used to do remakes of an already existed songs but they write their own lyrics and doing music videos and everything if you want you can start from that
What is mean before 2015? You already watch ep 1 to 8 isn't it?
+In 2015, they were able to top a weekly music show for the first time in three years of debut. Not being able to win #1 on a weekly music show in Korea for over three years means that unless the company is financially well-off, the group cannot be maintained. So the members must have been very anxious until that day.

Suga has the thought of them not going to be successful maybe because at that time they had a lot of bashers and struggles. I discover them on Sept 2014 and been an ARMY since then...and that time South Korea has a lot of kpop idols that are super big and popular on a big company not to mention super good looking idols and also talented.. Maybe suga thinks that they would not stand a chance....and bts in general also think that they are not good looking compare to the other idols.

There are several categories of content. (For older content add 'eng sub' in the search)
1. Bangtan Bombs are small clips of behind the scenes where bts will be mostly goofing off on set or behind stages. Sometimes they are also performances.

2. Bangtan Episodes are longer videos of important events like award shows and preparations for concerts. They show bts travelling to events and talking about their immediate emotions after and before these events.
