The second forward input can be buffered when close to recovery, not after recovery. 0:20
First forward after the attack hits, then second forward close to recovery to buffer a dash.
    For instant while-running:
(After attack hits) forward, (Close to recovery) forward forward and hold.

I think with certain moves you can buffer 2 forward inputs before you recovers from the move, I noticed it in Claudio's B3 in T7, not sure if it's works the same still, haven't played Claudio in T8 much, but I can check it out later. Basically you input your first forward right after you input the B3, then the second one the moment the B3 hits, and then the third one is either 1 frame before you recovers or on the exact frame you recovered, can't remember, and the iWR2 should work, it was like a rythm game lol.

Damn, thanks for the info i didn't know about that T7 stuff.
I feel like the method i showed is the same as that, cause the running animation comes out immediately after
      your move recovers.

jesus you can buffer movement inputs in T8? This makes it 10x easier than in T7.

This is cool but it's mostly for offensive based pressure that can be interrupted.
I think the the forward buffer then double tap forward works universally especially in neutral.

Yeah, and it's good for combos too.
