I was not going to watch this. I mean , "Flipping Virgins'? I decided to click on it because I love house flipping shows. I LOVED this episode! It really breaks down everything involved, risks and rewards, of flipping a house. Love it!
Egypt's design plans of making a huge, chef's kitchen was awesome. Making a huge master and removing the kitchen on the second floor was also a stroke of genius. The house has amazing bones already. Knocking down a couple walls really opened it up. Now the home is breathtaking and even 1 million dollars would be a good deal.

Why did they destroy the kitchen cabinets? They could have did a delicate demo and saved the cabinets for resale? Those cabinets were not in bad shape?
Now no problem with putting a master on the 2nd floor but for not running refunding or changing plumbing massively: why did they not put the bathroom where the 2nd kitchen was?
So basically the "virgins" provide the investment and some sweat equity, while Egypt makes the redesign decisions? If I wanted to flip I would also want to have input into the design.
Flipping is about the profits. You're not going to be living there, so design aspects aren't a big deal for investors as long they are making a sizeable profit.
I don’t understand…since when do you have to offer more than the asking price? Unless there’s a lot of offers, I guess. I have to say, I don’t know how you didn’t just tell that chick to go eff herself in the beginning! $40,000, $$80,000 is not enough profit & turning her nose up at the properties…yikes!🙄😳🤦♀️

If you want to create a tv show,why don’t you finance the purchase and Reno yourself instead of risking other peoples money ? Your Reno costs where way off you could not do that much work for $145,000.00. But what annoyed me most was “you never stopped talking”, the whole decorating concept was your idea with other peoples money. Those girls were overwhelmed by your pushy manner.

I think she calculated her ARV wrong. I thought it was the initial cost plus renovation cost. She may be using comps which helps increase the value.
