Also, when you sing live and a true POWERHOUSE vocalist you don't want to jump around because that makes your voice shakes and sometimes you start singing off key.

I wasn't even thinking about her broken foot until Loni mentioned it. I broke my foot before and had to wear an air cast like her and you can defiantly dance with one. Depending how much air you pump into the cast you can make your foot completely unmovable and there is a lot of support on the sole of the boot.
