But MMA boxing is not the same as actual boxing as I am sure you know. He doesn't throw conventionally, whereas Masvidal actually throws a straight jab, overhand, and hooks with both hands.

OR... last time he entered the cage with a broken bone, he ended up completely snapping the bone in half after a round of limited mobility and it severely damaged his career, as well as removing any chance he had to win the fight... but if he had waited a month for the shin to heal before fighting, the injury wouldn't have happened and he might have won and would have been fighting ll this time instead of having surgeries and rehab.
