    Funny how they started to win more once they traded Darius Miles. 😂😂😂 and him and Ricky Davis really thought that LeBron was gonna ride their coattails. Darius said after he got traded he felt like they got LeBron to get him more shots 😂😂😂💀

      Kobe in high school was insanely good. If he didn't get benched his 1st year in the NBA he would have been just as good or better. East was absolutely horrible back in 2003.

    I never knew a lot of specifics about LeBron's rookie year, but beating the Spurs with 32 points at 19 years old is completely absurd!

    These videos you made for his rookie year feel like a time capsule. He had so much pressure put on him from sich a young age and he carried it all with poise and grace from day one. Seeing his game evolve has been incredible.

    Great video Max!!!!! He was making clutch shots as a rookie as well. LeBron has surpassed all of the expectations that they thought he wouldn't live up to. That's why everything he does now is criticized. Because there really isn't anything to complain about when it comes to his career.

    LeBron got too big and strong. They didn't develop him physically the right way. They went power instead of finesse. LeBron had much better shooting touch as a rookie. He got tight from getting super crazy strong and had to relearn to shoot. Never got the touch back like he had coming into the league. And save me the shooting percentage argument. His shooting percentage went way up because he became dominant within 6-8 feet of the basket.

    Ima say this cuz ima a huge bron fan this my first time watching his game in his early years especially year 1 but the dude look the same jus got bigger stronger and faster better shooter that’s it minor stuff for him and after ppl watch this how can you say say luka was better at 19 or 18 yr old where ???       I mean his probably gonna win a scoring title at 37 years old to is now 2 for alltime points made in a career got 5 alltime for triple doubles and is the first laker sence kobe to get 2 50 point games in the same season mans 37 still in his prime to me at least

    That interview with his friends and Ahmad Rashad felt like a peak into what Lebron would be like today on a podcast. It’s gonna be so dope to hear all those stories Lebron has! And he has a great memory so I wouldn’t be surprised if he remembers most of them. It’s also crazy that those friends he’s eating with are still super close with him and doing big things themselves.

      Had Cleveland not allowed Boozer out of his contract & drafted either Igoudala or JR Smith, they win sometime between 07-10. He probably never leaves.

    amazing videos man, so far I've watched your two highschool vids on LeBron and now the two rookie season vids. I'm lookin forward to keep watching the rest! Love that you don't only include in-game highlights, but also everything LeBron did outside of the court. You do an amazing job at helping me understand how LeBron's young pro career was and the superstar status he's held since he was a teenager. Hopefully you end up doing LeBron's entire career while continuing to go this in-depth!

    5:40 Lebron and McGrady embrace. They're the same height. McGrady was listed at 6 9, Lebron at 6 8, although this year (2020) he's been listed at 6 9.

      I see this comment a lot on young bron videos and I don’t get it. He’s a lot more balanced now imo and he squares up much better. Not as much excess motion either. The mechanics were just wonky when he was young

    31:58 see how not only LeBron, but everyone else put Kobe at the bottom of that list of top 5 in that current NBA. Kobe's INDIVIDUAL numbers for a career don't stack against the best of the best. He averaged under 25 for his career(Jordan 30; LeBron 27; Wilt 30) with his only record....most missed shots ever. Look it up.

      Lebron averaged 2 more only because Kobe barely played in his first 2 seasons. If he started every game when he came into the NBA like Lebron he would have easily averaged more than 27. Also, don't forget Lebron really had nobody. Lakers had a solid team for many years.
